While we will never get reforms stopping most abuses of torts (e.g. using them to get around implied consent), SLAPP laws are a pretty nice concession prize.

Used to be that if you had more money you'd just batter someone with lawsuits you knew you'd lose to punish them with bankruptcy or they missed a court date and you got a summary judgement.

I'm assuming that lot of those people are impressionable kids who liked Bob's videos before he went full SJW/fascist and blindly follow everything he says now because he's already built up a lot of good will as an authority to them.
