He's referring to the fact he believes Trump supporters have made a deal with the devil that will backfire on them.....How in the fuck is the story of Faust at all relevant to what he is blathering about?

"Both sides-ism" is the belief that you should always treat both sides of an argument equally. People like Bob think this is why Hillary lost, because the media (allegedly) portrayed her and Trump as equals instead of emphasizing that Trump is Literally Hitler. As a voracious consumer of conservative media and opinion, I have to say I have no fucking clue what Bob is talking about when he talks about "both sides-ism." That came straight from his ass.
Oh, first post! I mostly came to join in the dogpile on Bob, who for some reason really rustles my jimmies.

No, no, I understood what he was trying to say -- I simply have never seen any conservative outlet either point this out as a problem or blame such a problem on American liberals. Failure to acknowledge that the other side has a point is a mark of a rabid partisan like Bob, after all, not a serious political philosophy.
When conservatives critique this mindset, they don't call it "both sides-ism" because they're not eternally 10 years old. You'll usually see it referred to as some variant of relativism (cultural, moral, ethical, or whatever).
The idea that Trump-supporting conservatives are blind supporters of relativism is a really out-of-touch premise, to be fair. Blob seems to be writing for people who think conservatives are some kind of abstract, theoretical concept.Ah, relativism -- that makes more sense. Perhaps pondering Bob's Deep Thoughts makes me dumber.
I'm waiting for the day he unironically posts his support for fascism because only Übermensch's like Bob can create a brighter future for humanity!

He's not saying that Trump supporters are relativists, but that Trump benefitted from a culture in which relativism is practically sacrosanct. He doesn't blame Trump voters for this, but the liberals (specifically ex-hippie Boomer liberals) in control of the educational system.
(Note that I'm not saying that I agree or disagree. It's just that he's actually taking aim at liberals.)
People like Bob are under the delusion that when totalitarian policies are enacted and all the "wrongthinkers" are purged, that's where it will end. People like that find out real quick that totalitarian states are always in need of new enemies and saying one little thing wrong (Like agreeing with "sane" conservatives) will put them at the top of the enemies list.I'm waiting for the day he unironically posts his support for fascism because only Übermensch's like Bob can create a brighter future for humanity!
Which is absurd because the MSM DID prop up Hilary and portray Trump as Literally Hitler."Both sides-ism" is the belief that you should always treat both sides of an argument equally. Gee, what racistOf course he's a fan of Samantha Bee. The woman who along with her husband is throwing a tantrum because the city of New York is making her kids go to school with black kids.

They can always reintegrate into Canada if this country is too "ethnic" for him.Of course he's a fan of Samantha Bee. The woman who along with her husband is throwing a tantrum because the city of New York is making her kids go to school with black kids.

Apparently he won't cover Indie/festival movies, because actually keeping tabs on more under-the-radar movies like Under the Silver Lake (From the director of It Follows) or The Shape of Water (del Toro's new movie) would be too much work when there's popcorn movie sperging to be done. Most of Bob's most anticipated movies are comic-book adaptations. Quelle surprise.
And no love for Fat Barbie?
Does that include DC movies? I doubt itMost of Bob's most anticipated movies are comic-book adaptations. Quelle surprise.
