It really is amazing how desperate he is to gain attention and validation from the elites. Like I have never seen anyone else grovel to that degree in order to gain acceptance from a person or group of people they will never meet. Does he think that once they witness him, he will be granted a seat in the halls of Valhalla or something? Come to think of it, me comparing him to Apocalypse was far too generous: he's more like one of Immortan Joes warboys.

Fucking Christ, yes it is true, Bob. When I see state level tax surpluses being blown to work on roads and infrastructure in a single city, yes it is. For all the hand wringing about corruption in Washington, no one ever bats an the actual corruption in local government.

So, I have an enlightened liberal turdmuffin here, telling me he has an enlightened way forward but doesn't address the concerns of people outside of his circle. Infact, he hand waves their concerns as invalid and would tacitly approve of this corruption.

On the other hand, there's a pompous orange dickhead that actually gave his own party shit for wanting to gut their oversight funding.

Faced with a choice between the two? MAGA, you fat prick. You may dislike it, but these people have their own right to vote. I have my own theory on human behavior. Not because it benefits them in any real way.

It may even set them back to some degree.

I agree with you that it's not a bad list, but in the context of that video, which is Bob preaching to the unwashed masses about how to be better like him, telling us to basically read your basic list assigned reading authors feels smug and condescending. This is the same video where he starts giving health advice and telling us we need to work out more too, so I'll admit that is probably painting my perception of everything else in that video.

That's likely a big part of what caused him to stay quiet about Faraci. Bob got a big boost in profile during #gamergate and after he got shit canned at The Escapist (TOTALLY NOT BECAUSE HE SPENT TIME ON TWITTER SHITTING ON THE PEOPLE POSTING IN THE ESCAPISTS #GAMERGATE THREADS GUYS!) Faraci gave him a handful of freelance gigs at Badass Digest (now Birth.Movies.Death). #GG and Faraci were his tickets to the cool kids table.

See, Bob already has his seat at Valhalla. It's just the saddest Valhalla in the world.
