His politics of denying the franchise to undesirables are completely contrary to basic Constitutional thought. He very deliberately criticizes and condemns the basic idea behind Western government and openly advocates for technocratic dictatorships. He despises a system which gives a voice to people he knows are wrong. Bob simply cannot handle the government unless it serves as a vehicle to uplift the worthy and stamp out the rest.
