As for if Bob's for or against what they want, it's up for debate. He completely supports the comic branch replacing all their titles with unrelated diversity replacements and demands it keeps happening as he views it as an inevitable move for the MCU too. What's in question is how much he wants it because he only calls it inevitable and doesn't demand it now like the rest of the pack. I'm not sure how he's react if they ever did something like the Ultimate origin for Miles Morales and have a movie where we watch a poor kid brutally beaten to death by a bunch of grown men in front of his family before a token black kid from a well off family that goes to a boarding school shows up to be the new Spider-Man.

It's possible Bob's "inevitable" is just his way of pleasing his crowd and deep down he'd lose his shit if "his characters" go like that. Depends if the "representation in the media" facade will vanish if it goes on territory he claims.

I always figured James Rolfe to be the "Liquid Bob."
