Bob's view of the world is so lacking in nuance he seems to seriously believe that China, a country where black people are edited out of films because their appearance is so distasteful to the audience, will be the leaders of the Superior Future where all the races of the world live in peace.

I also 100% guarantee that Bob doesn't know how much Chinese people hate muslims and how much that hate is actively encouraged by government policy.

If Bob can't see it outside his door or hear about it on twitter it doesn't exist. As long as he doesn't have to hear about it he'd happily condemn a billion people in either India or Africa to a life as little more than a glorified factory in order to bring about the Superior Future in the US.

I think that he runs on the idea that it's best to get a few countries into their Superior Future state first and then start on other countries later, like in a video game where you 100% one level before moving on to the next.

Heres the thing. Bob would absolutely "Cut a great road through the law" because just as Roper views the "Devil" as an Evil to be destroyed at all cost and by any methods required. So too does Bob view "The Inferiors" not as people but as Enemies and Evil. And like all Zealots Bob cares nothing for collateral damage. As long as the Superior Future is brought about in the end anything goes. Think of him as the Cold War general who would gladly Push the Button as long as his side would rule the resulting ash pile. Honestly if he wasn't a Fatass, manchild, Boston Democrat, Mario/Marvel, Hillary obsessed virgin it would actually be pretty scary.
