Personally I like to think the reason is those corporations agreeing with their viewpoints and things like "Muh representation!" even though it's clear they still only care about profits. Maybe also things like how the US government can't "no platform" people but a corporation like Google or Facebook totally can. They can even do that while working with the government/political parities but because they aren't the government, they don't have the same restrictions. That's why it's become more common for the more nutty liberals to become corporatists.

I noticed at least one Eclipse compilation in there, but I have a hunch it's a comp of Japanese monster/gangster movies instead of the early years of Bergman or Ozu. In fairness, that's probably what'd I'd get too, but I'm also not claiming superiority over others off of taste.
