Does anyone truly think Super Mario Bob has ever in his life read a GI Joe comic. You know something with oppressive military overtones, mostly written by a hard working veteran?

Oh in case anybody is curious, it wasn’t that “alt right trolls” demanded that the “left wing comic writer” be fired from G I Joe. It was because the Autistic Lolcow Comic writer made such an ass of himself in public on Twitter that IDW was in danger of losing their Hasbro contracts, and their sales tanked 90%. Please note exibit A for the fool Bob is defending. This idiot probably deserves his own thread here soon.

Remember folks this guy was writing G I Joe. And this was how he approached 9/11. Well done! Also what Bob fails to realize is IDW pulled a brilliant move in getting rid of this ass clown. Hasbro wanted him gone. They wanted his comics pulped. But they didn’t want anymore controversy connected to their G I Joe brand. So IDW did the following. They promoted him to give him a new Solo series, changing the name of his book from a G I Joe title to a spin-off “Scarlett’s Strike Force” an all female progressive left SJWified team! (And they piled a few other far left problem children creatives onto the book as well) Notice how the title didn’t say G I Joe anywhere. They then solicited the new book, forbid Aubrey from even talking about it due to his poor social media skills. Then they cancelled the book before orders even closed on the first issue due to “low sales” effectively leaving Aubrey and his cronies unemployed as they are work for hire contractors and the unpublished books effectively destroyed. His ass is history, and he specifically didn’t get fired for writing G I Joe. Hasbro is happy. IDW has decorated veteran Larry Hama still writing the main GI Joe book and nobody in the industry will ever hire Aubrey again. Marvel could learn a thing it two from IDW.

But in Bob’s world this was evil alt right trolls!

Yeah, not being able to get in touch with close family members after a massive terrorist attack on their city was no big, lol who cares. (That's sarcasm, in case you couldn't tell.) Btw it's happened to me three fucking times after Islamist attacks now, due to my family gravitating toward big cities around the world. You wanna drive off leftists from your cause, good job you just did it bucko.)

What is with idiots of this type who believe unless it happened directly to a person, or at best a person's town, it has no effect? They keep bleating about how there aren't many Islamist terrorist attacks in the U.S. First, fuck off that's not true. But second, even if it were true, almost all Westerners actually do care about Paris and Berlin and London quite a bit. Our friends live there, especially with the internet. I had friends from around the world concerned about tiki torch Nazis in Charlottesville. Globalization means something that happens thousands of miles away can feel like it happened in your backyard. Hell, even before the internet, Tiannamen Square was pretty upsetting for a lot of American kids.
