Why does everyone have such a hard on for non straight white men all of a sudden?
There's being tolerant and then there's borderline fetishism.

The general idea is that because white men are "historically oppressive", white people have lower birthrates, and businesses love exploiting foreigners (currently from "brown" countries) for cheap labor that eventually we'll hit a point where evil whitey is practically non-existent and utopia can start as power is stripped from them. Not that it's only directed towards strictly white people, someone like me would get tossed in as "part of the problem" for looking white despite having a black/Asian father (if I am white seems to depend on what's convenient). It's a strange form of self-loathing.

I think it might have some to do with viewing straight white males as the top of some sort of privilege ladder. It is simply trying to find a scapegoat for all their worldly problems. It is so much harder to think of the complexities of even your local town, much the less a power structure of something as massive and colossal at the United States government. It is much so much harder to also self-reflect on the personal failings of yourself to why you aren't getting anywhere or higher up the social ladder. So idiot and malicious masses like Bob will look for certain groups to become their catch-all for the world's ills and try to malign them and dehumanize them as much as possible. You can note this in Bob's rather Fascistic talking points of evolved people, superior and inferior, and sub-human, all the which Nazis did the same when going after the Jews. This on the left particularly more manifests in the Marxist worldview that there is a mass oppressed class and a small oppressor class and once the oppressed class overthrows the oppressor, then the world will be a peaceful and happy place. That line of thinking lead to the deaths of 10s if not hundreds of millions of people in Communist countries by either dire incompetance or outright genocide in many cases.

In Bob's case, alot of his political worldviews falls perfectly in line with Fascism if it manifested itself in a more Globalist or more Imperialist aspect.

Always arguing over what European descendants count as white and if mixed backgrounds mean they should be put in certain boxes or counted separately, when we aren't switching over to defining it as "what do you look like" or "how do you identify". "You can't laugh at me, I'm 1/64th Cherokee". I've seen open racists with less hang-ups.

It'd be ironic if the paranoia of "You will be replaced. We don't need you, assholes" eventually ends up causing a population boom among white Americans.
