How will Bob react to seeing the Mario film?

How many beheadings does it have?

I can't possibly improve on the following description by S. Clarke Hulse:

Titus Andronicus is a play with "14 killings, 9 of them on stage, 6 severed members, 1 rape (or 2 or 3, depending on how you count), 1 live burial, 1 case of insanity and 1 of cannibalism--an average of 5.2 atrocities per act, or one for every 97 lines." Reviewer Mike Gene Wallace adds, "This is a great play. We're talking fourteen dead bodies, kung-fu, sword-fu, spear-fu, dagger-fu, arrow-fu, pie-fu, animal screams on the soundtrack, heads roll, hands roll, tongues roll, nine and a half quarts of blood, and a record-breaking 94 on the vomit meter."

He's seriously calling the Gambit movie a dumb idea? Really?

Trump is trolling Bob without even knowing it. Now if you excuse me, I need to laugh myself to death.

And they say Shakespeare is stuffy and boring.

Man, I remember Gambit from 90s animated series and thought he had this cool factor and charm. There was this episode where he confronted his past as a member of the Thieves' Guild and delved into their rivalry with the Assassins' Guild. The character has a decent amount of potential in the right hands. Maybe Bob should stop fapping off to Valkyrie and Rey and put some X-Men: TAS in the DVD player.

I could tell him to let go of the idea that Captain Marvel will be anything more than a mediocre film at best. Wonder Woman has the feminist angle played out and Guardians of the Galaxy covers the cosmic aspect of the MCU with Thor and a possible Fantastic Four heading that direction when Galactus and crew show up. What does Carol Danvers bring to the table other than something for Bob to masturbate to when the trailer hits?

And to think that without 9/11 there would be perhaps half as many superhero movies as we have now. What would Bob do then without 6-9 superhero movies coming out each year and him talking about them for months and years on end.

They won't even use the Ms. Marvel costume, which is the only memorable part of that character.

Personally, I would use barbed wire for the job. I would not want to sully my English BA with Bob's foul stench.

...and I think I might be seeing things, but did Bob just say Black Panther copied some notes from Ant-Man? Gives me more of a reason to avoid spending money on the former.

In the VAGUEST possible sense, I guess. The villain in Ant Man is the current CEO of Pym's company, who uses Pym's technology to make a super suit that Lang has to fight against as Ant Man. The suits don't have opposite palettes, nor do they look alike aside from both having a vaguely buggish visual style, one being based on an ant, the other based on a yellow jacket.
Tonally, I doubt Ant Man (I just got out of prison, am trying to be a good dad despite the divorce and desperately need a job, you want to hire me for what?) has any fucking similarity to Black Panther (My claim to the throne is being disputed by my blood relative who wants us to be conquerers instead of isolationists).

Hey, if they go back to the 70s and 80s before her plots got really fucking stupid, they can salvage it. They need to not do the shitty haircut she's got now, too.

People who complain about Tarantino (which Chimpman does) should watch a production of this.

Bob's biggest sin will always be ignorant on the same source material he brags knowing of. Even without the TAS Gambit was really cool in the comics, pulling a lot of feats on his own before joining the X-men. In fact they don't use him that much since they save him for special appearances. Captain Marvel can be cool, if they explore the Kree vs Skrull war since her powers came from a incident involving a Kree scientist. But they most likely won't do it. So you might be right in the money here.

If someone's crazy enough to do it. I'll be the first in line to see this bloodbath, and Bob's pissy fit about it.

Haha Wolverine just has claws and heals fast
Haha Deadpool has a face like Freddy Krugers ballsack and fire pistols at people

Seriously people have been wanting Gambit in movie form properly for years alongside with Deadpool, the only difference is Gambit didn't have Ryan Reynolds memeing him into his own movie. They should introduce Gambit in the Deadpool movies as a rival to Deadpool instead of trying to make his own movie first through imo.

Actually, the planned villains for Captain Marvel are the Skrull, and we know the Kree exist in the MCU ala Guardians of the Galaxy, so the Kree could be mentioned, or shown at some point in the film. Her hair, judging by the concept art here,

Her hair will probably be short, but not the mess it is in the comics. So the film could be great if handled correctly, and judging from the MCU now, it probably will be.
Then again I’m just a sucker for Marvel Movies.

I could delve into some Shakespearian analysis and why Titus Andronicus, while still being a good play, is considered one of The Bard's weaker ones, but that's a topic for Literature or Deep Thoughts or whatever (long and short of it, the big reason is many scholars believe Titus was one of his first plays).

The more important and on topic idea is, this mothafucka really compared Ant Man to Black Panther? He really doesn't understand the movies he supposedly likes if that's the case. Ant-Man is a heist movie, yeah it has superhero origin story on it, but Ant-Man follows a heist movie formula instead. I don't think Black Panther is out to break into places and steal some shit, just a thought!

Could be. I just question what they will do with that film in particular in a sense. Then again I'm also a sucker for superhero films as well. So it won't take much for either of us to call it good, or at least decent.
