I seriously don't know why he has issues with the recent X-men style movies aside from Apocalypse as they have been more refreshing and original than most of Marvel stuff with Deadpool just being a fantastic comedy without even the super skin and Logan being something that transcends mere genre movies. I guess Bobby Boy will forever eat at the McDonalds of the film universe to never eat at a local dive or Steak N Shake.

So Bobby is revealing his ignorance again. I can see exactly what they're doing given they're putting Cable in the movie. He's clearly going to be the straight man in this flick for Wade to bounce off on. I'm predicting a more madcap, insane, irreverant, and violent buddy cop flick in a capeshit uniform based on what very little I know about their tag team comic.

And a Venom movie can work very well given that the character can serve as a good anti-hero/villain. Bobby is just parroting Raimi for no fucking reason given he very likely has had no experience with the character outside of Spiderman 3.

Indeed. I can only speak for myself, but the biggest thing keeping me from wanting to see Black Panther is the marketing and the hype. The trailer failed to impress me because once you look past the Afro-Futurist trappings, it's your run-of-the-mill action film. Not bad, but not really exceptional either. One person on another forum I lurk at observed that there is much overlap between DCEU fan and and the "alt-right." I would argue that there is even more overlap between SJWs and MCU fans.

People like Bob are acting the BP is the first black-centric superhero when Wesley Snipes played Blade TWENTY years ago. Granted, Blade fits more in the horror genre, but it still technically a Marvel film and helped kick off the superhero boom of the aughts. Bob and his confederates also have to push their revisionist view by effectively erasing the fact that we have had blacks in leading roles in major films for decades now. They have to downplay Danziel Washington and Will Smith's accomplishments to hype up Marvel Film #18 (or whatever) as the next big thing.

This is Orientalism at its worst. Bob and his white SJW cohorts essentially look at the black community the same way most people look animals in a zoo: in awe of them, but also separated by reinforced glass.

Read the duggan's run, chimpman. Deadpool can work in multiple films with the right amount of story, comedy, and heart. I can guess Reynolds knows that as well. So why the fuck are you doubting this so much? Cable,and Deadpool adventures always range from outlandish, and ridiculous. But they work since Cable, and Deadpool havea great chemistry as a tag team.

If I were to speculate on the politics of Chris Chipman, I would guess that they are a milder form of Bob's.
