Well then, I believe Last Jedi and Black Panther are disposable, immensely overrated popcorn movies. Who thinks this should be "Canon", fellow millennials?

I like how he already forgot that he's in the age range to be considered a millennial and not Gen X. He even tweeted about that like a week or two ago. Millennials aren't children anymore despite how much they want to be one again.

I saw the Weinstein Company are filing for bankruptcy. Has Bob ever sperg about Harvey Weinstein? I feel like he's been either silent or secretly defending him.

All millennials seem to dig nostalgia because they hate the present. Rather then improving things right now, they prefer to have everything have nostalgic themes. Example: Disney's POINTLESS Star-Wars sequel trilogy that's currently driving the franchise to the ground harder than the prequels.

Could one imagine right-wing Bob that would binge nothing but Britebart?

All to easily. In fact it will not surprise me if or when Bob eventually swings that way.

Place your bets on the next store he'll cry his eyes out over when they all close. Best Buy? DXL?

Easy one to call. Gamestop! They're in a death spiral.

Time affects everyone no matter how Superior you are. Todays Trump voting Baby Boomers were the '60s's Vietnam protesting Hippies.
Millennials think that they'll always be hip young Liberals...When in reality they'll become Conservative when they get older just like every Generation has.
Your average 30 something married Republican Suburbanite was probably a college "activist" in their 20's. It just the way things are.
As much as Bob and his peers try to pretend otherwise this process will and already is happening.

1981 to 1996 is the range of birth years to be considered a millennial. Bob's an older one but he certainly falls under that.

Can someone explain what he's talking about at this point?

Someone who mocks you for being a consumerist zombie has nothing to do with that. It's mocking you thinking the Last Jedi and Black Panther will change society forever. It's about you thinking a mega-corp's first priority is society rather than profits and acting superior for buying plastic crap probably made in a sweat shop. Demanding nostalgic IPs be made into modern day minstrel shows and buying Funko Pops is in no way activism. Even if it was, that's no excuse for your uncalled for sense of superiority when we're talking about giant brands like that.

Talk about how hot Nazi Supergirl is and sperg on Twitter all day. He insulted people who said he didn't care but posting 24/7 kinda implies the rest of the family was actually dealing with it while he was getting erections and sperging about the Superior Future.
Wait what Nazi Supergirl? I'm confused

he TV shows had some multiverse crossover where they came across a new universe where the Nazis won during WW2. The version of Supergirl there goes by "Overgirl" and Bob wanted her to be more like "Ilsa, She Wolf of the SS".

Basically, this is Bob passively admitting his Nazi fetishization with there probably being a swastika nazi flag hanging up in the grimy basement he calls an apartment.

Of course Bob would love a nazi from a shitshow

I adamantly refuse to accept that I'm in the same generation as BovieMob. I've got a good decade on him and the world I came of age in was far different than the one he grew up in. (For instance, kids like me were actually forced to leave the house once in a while. ) Entertainment on demand, cable TV and videotaped movies existed, but you had to have a moderately high income to afford them. (Or have parents who were tech-heads and early adopters.)

Now Bob's parents probably weren't all that rich, but its abundantly clear that they used electronic media to pacify Bob and keep him out of their hair. That and his wanking over Nintendo puts him squarely into Millennial territory. Bob however, wants the "generational cred" of Generation X because it was the generation that grew up with disenfranchisement, the Grunge Movement, the elevation of nerd-dom to the pop culture mainstream and the rise of anime as a subculture.

Sorry Bob, you can't be Gen-X. You're not cool enough to be in our clubhouse!

I remember this saying, "If you are twenty and not a liberal, you have no heart. If you are forty and not conservative, you have no brain." Bob never had either given that he is incapable of true empathy or any insight on the human condition that does not involve pop culture.

By this metric, Bob is the Scarecrow, the Tinman, and the Cowardly Lion all rolled up because all of his insane ramblings of "The Superior Future" would require a heartless, brainless, coward to want to enact.

Correct me if I'm wrong because I've never seen Ilsa and don't plan to but what I'm seeing says it's about some Nazi lady who rapes her prisoners and kills them after they ejaculate. Perhaps Bob is hoping some alt-right lady gets desperate enough to (try) pin his 400 pound body down.

At best, it could be argued he's an a grey area like how everyone currently in their early 20s is. I still would point out that he has much more in common with Millennials in terms of background like you said. He grew up in a world where the internet was just starting to break into the mainstream and video games were taking off.

The term is "Xennial."

Plesiosaurs were not dinosaurs though. They belonged to an entirely separate family of aquatic reptiles.

More importantly, every. Single. Time. one of these rotted corpses washes up on a beach somewhere it turns out to be a badly decomposed dog or raccoon or the like. So much for the coolly rational Chipmanian genius.
