It's a nickname that was spawned out of people talking about Marvel Entertainment, the people who make the comics, and mostly stuck around because it gets attention on YouTube. Bob is an idiot and thinks that refers to Marvel Studios because he's still unaware of the break-up between the two because Marvel Entertainment is such a pain to deal with. I know he's probably talking about other idiots who use that term but he's showing he has no idea what he's on about either.

Missing the point of Venom, Bob. Read a (comic) book. Eddie's not even that "evil" and has redeeming qualities outside his obsession/hate of Spider-Man. Less "evil Spider-Man" and more Peter Parker if he went down the "Lethal Protector" route.

If your only info about Brock is the ABSOLUTE WORST adaptation of the character. Then you are not a spider-man fan. All of this reads like someone that only knows the character in face value, and doesn't even try to even understand WHY he's one of the most popular Spidey villains. Eddie brock is NOT a monster. He's a ambitious reporter that did anything to uncover the truth, but got the short side of the stick because of life. His entire story is bad place, bad time. Hell, his ENTIRE life has been downs for circumstances out of his control.

Robert Chipman was always an awful fanfic writer. Just look at his "story bits" in the game overthinker series. And his takes on movie ideas, oh oy. Personally I think his Carebear movie idea, which was esentiall Carebears going Avengers and Sam Raimi Spiderman, still takes the cake. Cause hot damn, that one was awful on so many levels.

Spider-Man: Homecoming was full of subtle SJW horseshit.
Marvel comics went full SJW about 2 years ago and it has not only murdered their sales, it has closed multiple private stores and nearly ruined the industry. The MCU was rumored to be heading that way, but the flops of garbage like America, Gwenpool, She-Hulk, Gay Iceman, X-23, Female Wolverine, Black Captain America who fucks Female Thor, Lesbian Iron Man, Generations, Champions, Ms. Marvel and every other SJW comic book altered their plans. (Some of these re-imaginings only sold about 7K copies a month). The only mildly successful character was Miles Morales aka POC/Gay Spider-Man. And he sucks, in my opinion, he just came out first.
Fuck Gabby Riviera, Gail Simone and Alex Alonso. Oh, and Bob.
