Personally I'd prefer them to just burn down the kwiki mart with Apu and his family inside over 10 minutes in completly straitlaced style with all the horror that entails and then have the people at the funeral conduct themself like late season characters with homer making some really shit jokes like eating all the funeral buffet food.

Him still thinking that the Simpsons is good is so bizzare. At first I thought it's just because the show expouses leftist view points, but he doesn't ever take notice of other shows that do that more and makes it their entire focus like "our cartoon president" ,so I don't think that's it.

I think it all comes back to his hate boner for South Park. Due to both South Park and The Simpsons being long running animated tv shows he thinks they are rivals. I know he made jabs at modern South Park while praising modern Simpsons before.

There's a lot to that. But I think a bigger part of it is his sheer contrariness. I am not a US citizen, but I imagine if you become a state you get more bonuses than if you aren't. So I imagine it would tank the Mainland US a bit if they become a full state.

From my research, it can actually take awhile for blindness to hit a diabetic. However, given that Bob has already had it for at least a few years (likely more) and it's already out of control, he's likely bound to at least begin having the symptoms in a year or two.

It's always puzzling to see that kind of attitude from Bob and his peers. What's the point? They still believe Abrahamic religions which Bob hates but is willing to toss under the rug if it's the right people. Is it "Look the foreigners are all accepting and progressive"? That's a foolish premise to begin with and is a sign of bigotry if you're grouping everything that isn't a straight white Christian American male together.
