Where do people get the idea that Bob lives in his aunt's basement? I know he himself has said on Twitter that he lives in a "basement apartment" but what makes people think that it's his aunt's basement and not just some rando's?

I always assumed it's a "family home", so it's his mother, aunt, brother and his family, and Bob in a basement, because he's a manchild.
Looking at street view shot of that address some houses look decently sized. Can't pin point the exact number 12 tho
