Probably because he doesn't really do anything worth talking about. The only reason anyone here is interested is because we are able to tally and score all the dumb/horrible shit he does and then we get to be amazed when he tops himself. For anyone else that is just way to big of a buy in. He occasionally picks fights with bigger fish and gets BTFO but there is rarely any satisfaction in that because he is such an egotistical shithead he just blocks or smugly explains away his red ass. Lefty fat ass who has shit taste in everything isn't that amazing on the internet. Idk if i would even watch a vid on bob by jim, if you want hot takes they are all in this thread.

If the implication is if Bob was rich he'd want to "literally look down on people" then he's an idiot. Going full peacock is how you end up broke like a lot of lottery winners have learned the hard way. The smart way is to downplay your wealth and properly invest to turn your million into 10 million which will be even better to pursue your interests. Maybe even give back to the community as a better idea the hollow void you'll feel chasing material goods, won't eternally fix the issues but it's always worth it.

The most notable thing about Bob is his ability to use his smugness to turn decent people into pillars of frothing rage. Bob himself never changes, so any entertainment to be had doesn't come by watching him, rather, it comes by watching how people react to him.

When it comes to individuals, Jim seems to focus on people who go after kids- Ross, that dentist, even Wings had a sub-plot where he helped someone else fuck with Woody via his kid. Bob, utter basement-dwelling shut-in that he is, doesn't get much chance to interact with children (or anyone else for that matter.) If that changed, I bet Jim would be on him like white on rice.

Unfortunately, around the tail end of this same period, a family issue that had been building for far too long was starting to come to a head. The details are, with respect, not for the public - suffice it to say: If someone you love is doing something that is damaging to themselves and those around them, don't wait to confront them about it until they're so far gone that the things that need to be done to help them have to happen against their will.

There are so many ways to read that "difficult and complicated" that I haven't even wanted to speculate. My immediate reaction is that Chipman Senior in no way approved of his son's life path -- "Bob, you're almost 40 and all you do is make videos on the damn internet" -- but really, who knows. Not to get too far into the weeds, but would anyone be surprised if Bob's dad turned out to have been a complete piece of shit? There's got to be something to explain why Bob turned out to be such a bitter, misanthropic loon.
