Nah, Dobson’s thread’s far longer than Bob’s and he’s never had a subforum.

A thread becoming a subforum isn’t always a good thing. More often than not it can actually make things worse. Mr Enter got one because despite being a popular topic of discussion, his thread became an un-moddable mess so everyone thought a subforum would be a great way to continue discussion while also making modding easier (SPOILER: it failed spectacularly).

A subforum about Bob wouldn’t really work because all his activity’s focused quite tightly on his Twitter. There aren’t other topics with him that you could spin off into separate discussion like you can with DSP.

They've known each other from the Before Time, from the Long, Long Ago, when MovieBob was turning out less-than-ten-minute vids on Youtube that were heavy on the "Hey, I like the same nerd stuff that you do," folksiness and light on the "everyone lighter than a paper bag are evil and must die" eugenicism. I suspect Bob's attempts at making a live action skit "storyline" were inspired by Linkara's efforts in that vein, (which in turn were inspired by the AVGN.)

The main difference between Linkara and MovieBob (apart from physical and "sexual preference" differences,) is that Linky is a true believer in Social Justice (as strange as its manifestations within him might be,) while Blob is a bully who uses Social Justice as a club to beat his enemies with. If Linkara defends Bob from attack, it will be more out of blind loyalty to a friend than it is from an objective and unbiased look at Bob's output. (Although the fact that both men are trolled by the same kind of people might further cement their bond with each other.)
