So I'm suggesting that we should have a new poll for this thread. I tried to make this funny and amusing.

Here's my recommendation. I pitched this to @neural in a private message a while ago:

If Bob eve came across Trump, what would he do?

• Call him and his supporters mediocre white men and wasteland obsolete ghouls that are holding America back from the Superior Future.
• Accuse him of getting James Gunn fired from directing Guardians of the Galaxy 3.
• Sperg about how he prevented Hillary and the Democrats from installing a full liberal Supreme Court and government that gives him free shit and censors people he doesn't like politically.
• Make him sign executive orders that benefit him and put farmers on the moon to grow moon wheat.
• Try to fight him in his Mario costume while imaging Trump as Bowser.
• Preach how SJWs are the true American patriots and how Trump and his conservative ilk are scared of the future they can't compete in.
• Try to creep on Melania Trump while he pictures her as Princess Peach.
• Islamic Content (be specific).

I hope this is a good recommendation. A bit autistic, but useful hopefully.

We all know what would happen, they’d have an argument, Bob would say the most spergy shit he has always wanted to say, makes himself look like a shithead, and lose horribly. Most in his circle would distance themselves, a few morons would defend him, but almost everybody would agree trump won that argument, despite that, Bob would walk around thinking he won.

I don’t think he understands that all that shit has to be built and maintained by blue collar workers, trucks are still put together with labor, that indoor farm isn’t taking care of itself, nor is it a viable alternative for all or even most farms. And those robots are likely going to replace illegal immigrants more than anything, while being maintained by workers. So no sport, the clock is not “ticking”.

Yeah the more I think about it the more I wonder just how many resources are being put into that indoor farm to make it viable. While we have ways of alleviating variations, part of why farming is still done is because sunlight and rain are FREE. But for an indoor farm? You'll need to generate the electricity to make the light, and pump in the water as well as transplant the soil. Then you start factoring in needing to make the bulbs and pipes and pots and you wonder if that farm being 100x more productive is what you'll need just to break even with what you have to invest to start it.

Don't get me wrong, I'm in favor of the idea - it'll probably be a great development to get us to sustainable space flight and planet colonization as well as a nice supplemental food supply for some cities, but the idea that we're just going to return all fields to the wild and construct skyscrapers filled with these every 10 blocks is absolute insanity.

I think it has more to do with the company's discontentment with his creative output. Companies in general I've noticed have a high tolerance for insufferable assholes if they produce results (see James Cameron and Steve Jobs).

I wonder if Mark Waid's antics this year have had something to do with these recent firings.
