The original Adventures of Captain Marvel (1941) serial is arguably the first serious attempt to do superheroes in live-action, and while it has a big problem in the cliffhanger department, it's pretty decent. It is amazing that so many people don't understand how raising the minimum wage is a bad thing in the same way printing more money is a bad thing. It's almost as they do not understand there are consequences for their acts. But these are the same people that abide by the "If the worker makes it, he should own the product instead of his employer" without seeing the big picture.

There are a lot of reasons Bob makes people angrier than the average lolcow usually does (the unwarranted sense of importance and self-regard is a big one), but this is one I don't think gets a lot of mention: for all his pretensions to being more enlightened and "superior," in ethical outlook he's basically an unapologetic thug. It's not surprising the one time he ever had any power -- something to do with the old Escapist forums -- he abused it wantonly.

Again, this is speculation, but one thing I do know is that Bob would defend Larson the same manner with Ghostbusters 2016 and TLJ by mocking the fans that have complaints about the product.
