On a side note, the six-player, two screen version of that game was the fucking bomb. Even if having more than 4 players meant you were going to get awfully cuddly. If Konami had a lick of sense they'd port it to console/PC as a digital purchase, the same way Capcom did with D&D: Chronicles of Mystara.

Back on track here, I wonder if Bob realizes, on some level, that much of his woe stems from his own actions? That would explain the 'sheen of bitterness' as someone put it.
