How will Bob react to seeing the Mario film?

Is it just me or has Bob been awfully quiet about the new Spider-Man? Come on Bobby, we need 9000 more tweets sucking Disney/Marvel's cock.
Did you forget that Bob HATES MCU Spider-Man and had his own brilliant plot for how he would've done it?

Okay, so Bob wanted Raimi's Spider-Man to have been in Civil War, he becomes a giant brown shirt rounding up the heroes, and ends up dying. Before he died however, he is succeeded by Miles Morales and a resentful (teenage?) clone who is resentful towards Miles as he feels "being Spider-Man" is his birthright. The Spider-Clone obviously being a stand-in for "Nazi fanboys" who can't stand the idea of a black Spider-Man and Miles gets to beat him up every movie.

So the worst parts of Civil War, Clone Saga, Ultimate Marvel's Death of Spider-Man, and Bob's own dumb social commentary all in a blender.

It doesn't get mocked as much as his Terminator or Care Bears pitch but I certainly think it should.

That was a legitimate idea he had?

Oh my fucking god is he a retard.

Probably reading into it too deeply if we were to go down this route but the implications of that plot are weirder when you consider Bob has called Raimi Spider-Man "a religious experience" to him and how he feels "representation" makes others feel. It's really weird for a thing you consider a self-insert for yourself.

There's got to be someone out there hard up enough to accept three inches and a wrinkle.

If Bob had an ounce of a real sense of humor and a nanoangstrom of self-deprecation, he'd challenge Dennis Riley for being fatphobic if s/he refused to fuck a tubby like him.

I had never heard of this, but it's not surprising, although it is disgusting. It's like he thinks you can build an entire film franchise out of sneering and resentment. Which, I guess, yeah, what else is Bob actually familiar with?

It was here and I'm sorry for making you watch Bob videos. It keeps getting worse the longer you hear the pitch. Part 2 is certainly the worst of them.

Bob does seem to take the whole 'superheroes are our modern day myths' thing a bit too seriously. Our ancestors did have myths but they usually took them seriously in the sense that they actually believed the Gods of Olympus exist. When people say this about supers today they don't mean it in the ancient world sense in which they actually believed they existed.Bob seems to belong to that tiny minority of humans in the present day who treat superheroes in the same way the ancients treated their Gods. There's no other explanation for why he ranted for 4 hours about why BvS sucks when every other reviewer spent at most 30 minutes. If Bob treats superheroes as actual Gods then yeah a '4 hour sermon' makes sense. This is actually kind of creepy especially when he talks about how superheroes can function as surrogate father figures.Which tells you a lot about how screwed up he was if his 'dad' was a fictional being that you can never interact with in a realistic way.

I'll put down $100 that Bob has an old Toy Biz figure of Magneto that he offers up prayers to.

Spider-Man should fight a GIANT SPIDER! Jesus Christ he is a Fat, Ugly, Dumber, and Extremely Poorer Man's Jon Peters.
I just like the bit on the end where he was talking about "It'd be a nice send off for Tobey Maguire without signing him on to another batch of movies".....forgetting that he's playing the Spider-Clone who only exists so Miles has someone to punch that's a stand-in for the people who don't like this idea.

That part in particular confuses me more than anything considering it has literally nothing to do with the source material. Even "Brown Shirt" Spider-Man isn't as wacky even if it is dumb and not something that should happen.

The ironic thing is this robs Miles of any actual growth and reduces him to nothing but a replacement for a better hero. Whereas in something like Spiderverse Miles becomes his own Spider-Man as part of the movie’s themes, and succeeds by being different.

Literally having a clone be the enemy of Miles would constantly remind the audience of him not being fit to be Spider-Man, giving him no capacity to stand out and making the representation completely void. It would be like giving Black Panther the Stars and Stripes, or making Blade Captain America. Bob’s version of a diverse hero is to make their most important aspect a white hero

Off-topic" Can someone confirmed to me that Marvel Studios' license for Spider-Man with Sony is up this year? I asked this because I heard Sony's deal with Marvel Studios is supposed to expired. Would Bob be happy about it?

On-topic: Has Bob talked about the new Spider-Man comic project from JJ Abrams yet?

I don't think it's a leap to assume Bob mostly likes him and other "replacements" for the sake of "sticking it to the alt-right fanboys". He didn't even know who Silk was until years after she was featured in two very publicized event stories on top of all the "OMG KOREAN GIRL" news articles.

As for the other bit, I'm not sure if I'm agreeing or disagreeing with you, but Miles turns to shit whenever someone tries making him overshadow Parker or replace him. The whole persona of Spider-Man is very much tired to the personal struggles of Peter Parker and Miles is just an offshoot. Heard the Spider-Verse movie gave him more of an identity but Miles in the comics has a very well-off life and is unofficially a sidekick. Thankfully most people who want this are twitter idiots who think Miles is very "AYYO HOL UP" as opposed to the middle class kid who goes to a boarding school.

It was back when his creator was building up to him getting a new alias until later writers dropped it.

Holy Shit, Bob "obsolete mayonnaise ghouls robbed me of my moon wheat" Chipman is bitching about them "unfairly stereotyping blue-collar workers.

Is this hypocrisy, or his famous "no bad tactics" in action?

I'm gonna defend this idea to my grave: woke liberals are a hundred times worse than woke leftists. People on Chapo, even with their flaws, have more balls than you, Bob and they're not fucking corporate bootlickers like you

You are just one step sway from making unironic Harry Potter's references. How high you are in your fucking pop-culture autistic fantasy, Bob?

Autism aside, where does he get that idea? Emma Frost? She's been counted as a "hero" for like 20 years now and not even the ambiguous type despite still being a snobby whore.

But yeah, that's really dumb to bring up. "Oh no, you have a name I don't like therefore anything I say against you is justified no matter what".
