I did't crop all of the political diatribe from the asshole, but it's pretty much "if you are ok with people being exploited in forigner countries, you are a racist".

Of course no one in their right mind should give two shits about what these limp dicks think about anything, but the fun part is that Moviebob tends to lose his shit whenever a popular person "on the left" gives him a hard time. As for his latest diatribe, Bobby never cared about the poor condition of Third-world laborors (although, to be fair, I suspect neither did the Donkey Kong guy. Robert always does this shit. He advocates for jobs to be sent overseas and doesn't say a word about where the jobs are actually going or what working conditions are like there, then when someone points out how bad things are for grunt workers in China and other places he wants them sent to, he'll suddenly say that OBVIOUSLY he wants those workers to be better paid n'shit (notice he says nothing about how he intends to accomplish this in a globalized economy without any of the embargoes or protectionism he hates). Then he goes right back to completely ignoring the issue until the next time he gets called out on it.

Just like how he ignores the effects the stuff he advocates doing to the mayonnaise ghouls would effect blue voters and non-white people in those states until someone calls him out on it, then he acts like he cares for a couple of tweets before going right back to ignoring them. Is Bob the fakest leftist? I dunno, it's a field with a lot of competition.

That quote about how the most important thing for friends to share is enemies is so revealing about what a nasty little prick he is. Frankly I wouldn't even call Bob a leftist, he seems to have a weird enthusiasm for Ayn Rand and is utterly classist. He just goes with some leftist terminology because that's what's in vogue with the Hollywood progressive types he imagines himself as part of. For example, Spoony and Linkara have older siblings so it makes sense they're more childish considering the younger kids are babied more. But the eldest, especially the eldest son, usually has more pressure put on them to be the responsible one and when the parents get sick/old is usually expected to take care of them. Instead it's Chris, the middle child, who seems to be the responsible one. And their sister seems to be more well put together than Bob.

Maybe that's what caused it. The folks focused too much on Bob and screwed him up, allowing the other two to become functioning members of society.

Depends on the family. In my case, my older brother was heavily babied and given more gifts than you could imagine. Whereas I was generally given more strict expectations. Judging by what few details he's given us about his childhood (most of which came through his book), Bob likely had quite a few mental problems growing up. I've theorized in the past that he may have had a childhood somewhat similar to CWC, with his parents rebuking those who told them that there was something wrong with their son and ended up coddling him to the point that he grew up to be a manchild who thought he was completely perfect.

But at this point I'm more inclined to believe that nothing made Bob the way he is, this is just who he is predisposed to be. That catholic school spergout he had awhile back is what really changed my mind on this topic. What he said demonstrates that at his core he is a lazy, smug and self-centered asshole who views anything he doesn't want to do as being beneath him.

I've also seen the elder siblings be more rebellious and prone to acting out. Whether this is because of the pressures put upon them or acting out for attention because the younger siblings were babied I think probably differs from case to case, but I think it would probably fit with Bob. Like @LordofCringe7206 mentions, Bob caused his share of troubles growing up. Enough to get sent to therapy/councilors. While I take the idea that he ran philosophical rings around the therapists with a fistful of salt, it's quite possible the underlying cause was a rebellious, attention seeking nature that he clearly never grew out of.

Also, Bob is literally autistic. I've said before in this thread, it's funny seeing pictures of Bob and his brother because it highlights how subnormal he is. I chalk his childness up to having super liberal parents who don't believe in discipline especially because he's "special". I would think that's why Chip is the grown up one because he had to be the one to look after his older brother, instead of the normal way of the eldest watching the younger siblings.
