The Alien 3 scene is the one where Dr. Clemens gets killed and the alien comes face to face with Ripley as she sits frightened on the floor.
On another note, I wouldn't say this scene is really all that iconic. It is one of the better scenes in the third film, but it isn't as popular as Bob is making it out to be. Especially since it has one of the better and more interesting characters get killed off (especially so early into the film).
Alien 3 didn't have an iconic moment. The first two both had scenes that stood out great and have become enshrined in film history. But just because the third film had a decent scene doesn't make it comparable to the scenes from the first two.

I'd honestly put Ripley doing a swan dive into the molten lead as a pretty memorable scene. It's up there for me with "You always were an asshole Gorman", or Dallas getting yeeted. Not quite THE scene, but up there.
Clemens dying is one of my pet peeves though; since it literally happens right after you get to know him (and conveniently after they pork).

Alien 3 for me was ruined by the executives at 20th Century Fox being dicks to David Fincher. There’s some scenes in the movie I felt he could’ve perfected had not been Fox’s interferences.

Alien 3 was pretty infamous at the time, its reputation has improved over time but it still have a lot of issues. Also Bobs ignoring the context alien being part of alien and aliens trilogy, proceded by two classics of cinema. Wereas Rise of skywalker is part of the Disney trilogy so why would anyone give a shit about mediocre film 3 which was preceeded by 2 other forgettable films?
Also Charles Dance was crimminally underused in that movie, the guy acts the fuck out of anything he's in.
