Nah, what's pretty clear is that whatever Bob thinks and feels is right. The righteousness of all things can be determined by how it aligns with Bob's views.

And since intelligence is good, a mark of intelligence is how much you agree with Bob.

Of course even Bob has some hint of self awareness that putting things so plainly makes him out to be an ass, so he keeps trying to package up his system in some way to be presentable. Yet every time you push him on it (or just wait for him to continue talking) it becomes crystal clear the only measure of morality in his world is himself.

Hence why I say he's a straw golem of what religious folk say how atheists behave. (Like how westboro was the straw golem of the reverse.)
