How will Bob react to seeing the Mario film?

If they included scenes of the Engineer in Mario overalls and eating 5 day old meat soaked in ghetto-tier marinade, it would have been spot on.
The drawing has way more hair on his head. Bob is going to have to decide soon if he goes fully shaved or sticks with this sad MPB look. Neither will make him more fuckable.

I’m finding some gems in previous posts. Like the time Bob decided to brag about the totally normal act of getting his niece birthday gifts, then realized after tweeting that his photo showed that he lives in filth.

It looks beyond dirty because it is. And the best cleaning solution in the world is 100% ineffective if you’re too fat and lazy to get up off your derrière and use it.
I don't want to defend Bob, but he may have accidentally ruined an old linoleum floor by using harsh cleaners on it. It deceptively looks like the perfect floor to bleach clean, but if you do that, the surface rubs off and turns into a nasty dirty pitted mess. That's probably why they don't put it in new homes anymore.

He didn’t say “I know my floor looks dirty, but I accidentally ruined it with harsh cleaners and now it looks absolutely gross until I replace the tile” or anything like it. I refuse to believe that this guy keeps his living quarters like a pig pen, marinates raw meat for five days at a time, but is on his hands and knees scrubbing floors on even an annual basis. He’s a dirty person and his floor looks exactly as I’d expect.

Meanwhile, on his “non-work” account, thirsty Blob is gearing up to WK for a woman who won a Nobel Prize for a series so error-ridden that several embarrassing retractions had to be made. Hoes mad! Bob is “hoes.”

Anyone wanna take a guess as to what about this was what really set him off? I'll give you a hint! It starts with a "T-" and ends with a "-he one that got away"
I have no idea what Bob even means here. He must've ran out of Natty Lite and had to switch to a concoction of nyquil and mouthwash.

What's left? Not bob. Is he Right? No, not that either. What is he then? He's bob. His politics begin and end with only him. A future segment on that podcast about Moviebob

IMO, Moviebob's political opinion is an unholy amalgamation of the worst aspects of both sides. He somehow lands in the authoritarian left and right. He TRANSCENDS political alignment (and not in a good way)

Bob's political alignment is "the government should punish every normie who made fun of me for carrying around a Mario figurine and acting like an autist in elementary school".

Literally everything boils down to that. His entire political ideology is about fighting the endless hordes of Biff Tannen clones he's convinced populate the interior.

I would add that he also adopts whatever pose makes him look smart -- or rather, poses he believes make him look smart. Bob is always, always the smartest guy in the room, feeble self-deprecating commments to the contrary notwithstanding.

I was scrolling through YouTube and discovered this.
I always forget how nonsensical moviebob is in his videos and his godzilla video is a perfect reminder. Its like he saw a completely different movie with characters that had the same name, add a spice of complete nonsense phrases and philosophical beliefs he doesn't understand and don't even apply to the given situation to sound "smart", mixed to perfection with him then completely making up bullshit out of his ass about why "historically" his position is correct and everyone else is wrong for all his made up reasons.

Its like watching a wrestling fan try desperately to explain how "its all real", except worse because at least these wrestling fans are somewhat honest about their taste in media. Bob eats hot garbage and has to somehow turn it into a 5 star elegant meal.

And apparently in The Superior Future, Democrats rule the political system, Disney is the only studio, white heterosexual men are sent to concentration camps, and disco music dominates the airwaves and streaming platforms.

And watching that video makes me wonder how much he re-watches the movies he reviews. Like, the guy in the video said he re-watched the Godzilla movie five times to do his review of it. Movie reviewers have to do that to make sure they aren't forgetting things or mis-remembering, or making sure that they understood something correctly, review to see how scenes were presented...Watching Bob's take on this Godzilla movie says to me he only watched the movie once, or if he saw it another time or two it was just to take in the movie like a kid. Not to analyze anything.

And watching these videos of his now, I can see that Bob is reading from short scripts that he writes. In the videos he's reading these long passive sentences that no one speaks naturally. Sentences like those are the product of bad, unedited writing.

I honestly believe in most cases Bobby at best watches it once. More often than not, he just uses the Wikipedia article as he desperately types in big boy words from Thesaurus.com and random Philosophy/Economics 101 people he has on tabs to further the LARP at smrting.

Bobby doesn't watch the movie for its points; he just mindlessly consooms it and then uses wikipedia to form his opinions afterwards.

Bob's a turbo Kaiju autist, I can 100% believe he watched the recent Godzilla movies multiple times. He saw Pacific Rim something like 6 times in the theater. The only movie I can recall him admitting spending a similarly retarded amount of money on was The Avengers. He adds in all those nonsensical themes and plot elements that no one else sees in these movies because he's deeply insecure that big dumb monster blockbusters aren't treated as a serious art form (and that he, by extension, isn't a serious cinema critic), so he adds in all the headcanon he's spent the past 3 viewing sessions building up to try and turn schlock into kino.

He's too immature/autistic to embrace the movies for what they are, so he tries to make it sound serious. That's a pattern with Bob in every aspect of his life, whether it's his obsession with needing a gritty live action Mario movie, or the Paradise Lost Care Bears, or his embarrassing attempts to invent "sexual training techniques" taught to him by lesbians that anyone who's ever had sex immediately recognizes as bullshit. It's all part of his pastiche of maturity that he puts up as a front for his manchild ways.

It just hit me Bob has a lot in common with Brian Stelter from CNN.

His head would explode when he finds out when Godzilla was made a villain in GMK, how Godzilla vs. Biollante has conservative themes and puts a negative light on his Muslim fetish, or how unethical it is to bring the bones of the original Godzilla as the basis for Kiryu in GxMG.

It might be my nostalgia talking, but I always felt like Godzilla vs. Biollante got a bum rap. It was a cool as fuck Godzilla movie that has actually interesting scenes that don't just involve the monsters fighting. The biological arms race between every other nation is actually representative of the nuclear arms race post-WW2 and is fucking awesome to watch the battles that erupt because of it. A perfect follow up on the nuclear fallout of Godzilla movies prior while also bringing up more modern ethical questions on genetic manipulation.

Not to mention its one of the few godzilla movies that expands the universe though the impact Godzilla made in prior films. There is of course the obvious collection of Godzilla's DNA in destroyed cities that drives the whole film. But there are more downplayed elements such as the museums, giant footprints, godzilla landmarks and general tension characters have when discussing Godzilla. I just feel this might be one of the best Godzilla movies, but no one ever talks about it.

I'm pretty sure even at the time Godzilla vs. Biollante was well received.
The problem was that the box office was disappointing which lead to Toho going more traditional with Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah.
Also talking about Godzilla lore/history in relation to Bob hot takes is pointless.
Just like with comic book lore Bob doesn't know or care about anything besides what Hollywood shits out for him to consoom* right here and right now.
*Not that I'm knocking Legendary Godzilla though.

You just made a better movie review than any Bob has ever done.
