The title of the video about the She-ra shit is: " How She-ra's game-changing ending made cartoon history"... and by that I have to ask, how in the hell is this any "game changing" than the end of Legend of korra? or Steven universe? or Adventure time with Marceline and Princess Bubblegum?
If people wanna celebrate the gay kiss, sure go ahead, knock yourself out, but don't expect people to follow your "game changing" claims when it couldn't be more obvious that She-ra is following a trend, this whole thing about cartoons with gay themes have been a major part of main stream animation topics for the last 6 years or so... same thing with the Harley Quinn cartoon it seams, which I used to watch, it was fun, but lost interest halfway season 1.
And Robert tries to argue that the important thing about She-ra is that she never had to debate her sexual preference, since it was always pretty obvious that everybody is gay in the show, but if she is really in love with her enemy... but again, your are forcing an interprtetation that can be applied to Legend of Korra, Steven universe, etc, there was no "struggle" for being gay on those shows either...
Also, lesbians? this is pussy shit. Wanna show how progressive you are, make a main male character gay... not just any character, get a legacy one, make Spider-man gay, not just a kiss, or holding hands, have pillow talk scene, and imply that Spider-man plays the catcher, fucking do it assholes, no more this lesbian shit, it's trite by now, show some balls and show some slapping balls!
