They don't actually hate themselves, at least not specifically for being white. It's all an act. They say shit about "black lives matter, fuck white people" and then go back to their rich parents' homes in gated communities that are 90%+ white. And if they see black people in those gated communities they call the police. They secretly think of blacks like dangerous animals; deep down they all believe that blacks are prone to chimping out and by pretending to be good "allies" that they'll be spared, and they think that blacks are dumb enough to actually believe them.
