It's also needlessly verbose in its prose. It's all of the signs of a faux-intellectual trying his damndest to appear learned and culturally superior. I have a recommended three step plan to better mental wellness for Bob.

1. Step away from politics. Don't read about it and definitely shut the fuck up about it.
2. Unplug from Twitter for a month.
3. Go for a 15 minute walk outside every day. Take breaks if you're legs can't support your fat ass that long, but get some fresh air and sun.

You might be amazed at how quickly you start to revert to something resembling a normal, functional human being. But that would require a tiny iota of self discipline along with giving up your delusions of being a brilliant outcast who's just too smert for everyone else. Not gonna happen.
