How will Bob react to seeing the Mario film?

It was. No one likes the 80's Master of the Universe. Not even He-Man fans. The effects were lousy, and the plot was complete nonsense that had nothing to do with the 80's cartoon. Skeletor was blatantly modeled after Palpatine from Return of the Jedi. His death scene was even an exact mirror of Darth Vader throwing Palpatine down the shaft at the end of that movie.

I can see Bon delivering hot takes defending this garbage fire whenever the live action reboot gets released.

I’m singling him out for fetishizing so-called “knowledge” and rationality while acting like the giant baby he is — and not being level-headed enough to keep that shit on the DL. Bob is so sedentary that I can’t call him a walking parody, but he’s close.
If Bob has so much KNAWLEDGE, why isn't he driving a Lamborghini in the Hollywood hills?

I can't help myself, that meme was a classic. Bring on the autistic ratings.

The Masters of the Universe live action movie from 1987 out of all movies? I thought that was a cheap Star Wars/Conan rip-off, on top of cringy acting (except from Frank Langhella) and cheesiest effects.

It’s basically Flash Gordon, but with none of the charm that made Flash Gordon endearing.

Robert sperging about IQ:

While IQ isn't the only or necessarily the best indicator of intelligence, I can guarantee that the main reasons why Robert's against it are because it goes against his idea that that non-whites are smarter than whites and his IQ test results being below average.
It's funny because as Jordan Peterson points out, if you throw out IQ, you have to throw out... pretty much all of social science. Because most modern social science (and why there's huge problems in it) are built around correlation and statistical P values. So if you believe something something "proves toxic masculinity because of [high correlation value]" well guess what? IQ's correlation to stuff blows them all out of the water.

OMG, as I said on the Trump thread it STILL baffles me that these people believe they can somehow do a lockdown AND avoid unemployment and depression.

It's literally orange man bad. First they complain about Trump not doing what they want. Then when he does what they ask and then they complain about the outcome.

I'll say it again: I'd like to see Trump come out and endorse Joe Biden just to see if it can make people like Bob stroke out.

Or start going on about how everybody needs to vote for Trump - either way I will be richly entertained.

I wanna apologize. I was wrong. I am still shocked that it was the push back from a few tubmlrinas accusing Bob of ableism of all damn things that got him to delete the pos- OHS NO! I RE-DROPPED THIS ARCHIVE!!1

I checked through his replies and at no point does he explain himself or gloat that it was all part of the plan. It's most likely that this wasn't his typical "targeted harassment" that he gets when he says stupid shit. It was neurotypical "targeted harassment" crying abelism.

So two things:
1. Again, enjoy your bed of shit Bobbyboi.
2. The dipshit still hasn't updated his bio on his newly unlocked alt safety personal account.

You don't have to wonder, Trump came out and endorsed Bernie Sanders (for the party nomination) which helped make him a pariah among the Dem establishment.

Bob claims sitting on your ass all day is a “sport.” Even better, he fancies himself worthy of being a paid influencer for the sedentary lifestyle industry. :story:

This is not "muscle wear and tear"; this is "disuse atrophy". And the dehydration just points to the unhealthy lifestyles of "e-sportsmen" and the high-caffeine drinks they regularly imbibe.

Bobby follows some deranged rants by Ellie Troon with his own brand of derangement:

Twitter search gave me no hit except of course this very tweet.

431.png
If this scenario illustrates some "predictable human behavior", it is that whenever an "oppressed" outgroup gain power, they will abuse it to persecute anyone they think have wronged them. Bobby is being his customarily disingenuous self when he pretends infotech to be a neutral arena, its development has nothing to do with the strongly-held ideology of its developers. Duplicitous SJWs at once claim facial-recognition tech is "racist" while assuring people that surveillance technologies developed by trannies and kool-aid drinkers will not favor the trans and discriminate against normal people.

Another thread by Ellie Troon, this time about his pet peeve TLOU2. Soon enough the discussion turned political:

Bobby takes the chance to crow about how people are stupid, and that anti-pee o'sea is propaganda:

I don't think college Marxists ever took issue at Looter's "bling-bling", but I suppose they would agree, if only in private, that Looters, being lumpenproletariat, cannot be raised to be class-conscious.

Bobby criticizes Peter Coffin's crony Angie Speaks. I'm willing to grant that he has a point:
523.png
Here Bobby rightly identifies that "workers" are not a homogeneous mass with a common interest, hence all talks about "solidarity" is baloney. "Solidity", pace Speaks, is not "scary"; it is quite simply irrational and impossible. Ironic that Bobby is the very same person who identifies manual workers, mid-west farmers, coal-miners as a homogeneous mass with a common, evil, intent. That's weird indeed!

+ + + +
Bobby is disappointed that most Sox players didn't bend their knees when every single Oriole did.
532.png

Bobby's "I want to sic robot doggos on Proud Boys" tweet caught on. Apparently Bobby is no fan to the Geneva Convention.
23.png

Bobby accuses his opponent of "leaping to cartoonish extremes", while in the very next tweet he engages in cartoonish hero v.s. villain thinking. (Never mind the robot dogs, which are not cartoonish at all!)

Bobby did not answer the last question. He doesn't have to; we know the answer.

His fixation on intelligence (and lack thereof), as well as his hyper-sensitivity about his own perceived intellect and knowledge, has led me to believe someone significant in Bob’s life told him from a young age that he was stupid. Unresolved trauma is the only reason he would talk and react like this, and to such a ludicrously extreme degree, about the subject of intellect. (And it’s not surprising that Bob wants to invalidate the concept of measuring intelligence. He barely cleared 100 on his IQ test, no doubt.)

They weren't wrong.
Maybe it's his dad?

some parents are shitty like that. Either they are narcissists that want to cripple a child's ability to break away from the parents and be their slave/narcissistic supply for all eternity, particularly after the parent retires, OR, the parent is a clueless smoothbrain who thinks they're brilliant galaxy brains by engaging in 4D chess and reverse psychology to motivate a child to succeed by calling them worthless, stupid, never amount to anything, etc.

If this was indeed the case, I'm guessing drunken Chipman Sr. was using the latter strategy.

Some kids are just dumb, and they need to know it. When you have someone who's a moron who thinks that they are a genius, you get something like Russell Greer. You get someone who makes one colossal mistake after another, but won't take advice because he thinks he's smart enough not to need it. As a result, Russ's life is irrevocably locked into a downward spiral that just keeps tightening, like Russ's oddly-shaped head. Obviously, this doesn't always work, since if the kid is a little shit like Bob they can choose to refuse to believe the truth, but if you have a genuine sped you're not doing them any favors by shielding them from reality.

You don’t grow to be 200 pounds overweight because you’re emotionally well-adjusted. I’m very fucking curious about the combination of experiences that turned Bob into Creepy Uncle Bob, the angry eugenicist who sobs uncontrollably over Transformers and admits it.

Speaking of creeps, fathers and retards, here’s a retarded creep who’s fixated on a conspiracy theory about Bill Barr’s father.

it's probably arguable that to praise a kid and call them smart (especially when they clearly are a sped or smoothbrain exceptional) when they've done nothing to deserve such praise is as damaging as the other extreme. You don't tell a kid they're stupid if you're a parent (except maybe once in a while in anger); it's better to let it be proven to the kid that they're stupid. The kid'll just get mad if you tell them and then hate you. Kid has to come to the realization on their own if they are capable of doing so.

In Bob's warped mind where life is a movie...he's the relatable, nerdy protagonist. Only problem is he knows he was never actually that smart.

I’ve had a nagging feeling for a while that something very dark happened to Bob to make him this fucked in the head. He WAS an altar boy in the Boston area when molestation was rife in Catholic churches. Maybe he was passed over by the priests cruising for young ass and has never gotten over the rejection. But you don’t end up like this for no reason. If Bob had it in him to be open and honest about himself and his life, I’d tune in for that podcast. Alas, alas.

This was also one of the last Cannon Films and was primarily filmed on mundane locations on Earth because it had a tiny budget. You can tell how small the street sets were because the heroes kept running into the same pizza sign:

greatestpizzasign.jpg

Now granted, it's a very NICE pizza sign, and I wouldn't mind getting a replica of it and hanging it in my window, but if you're a set dresser for a low budget movie, you probably don't want any kind of distinctive landmarks hanging around in the background for audiences to notice.

Bob loves the MOTU movie because it was a pastiche of every other popular franchise of that time, and because the sexual tension between He-Man and Skeletor probably aroused strange tingly feelings in his wee wee. If you ask Bob though, he'll tell you he was aroused at the prospect of a lesbian dominatrix rape scene between Evil-lyn and the hero's girlfriend.

for some reason this had me thinking about that episode of South Park where Mr. Garrison yells at his dad for NOT molesting him.

And I was reminded of how Mac reacted to allegations of his classmates being molested.
