The traditional, for want of a better word, understanding of eugenics is breeding humans to one day create the Overman, a perfect human (forgive me because I know I'm butchering it in trying to be succinct and dealing with the after effects of fetal alcohol syndrome). Bob cares nothing for creating a better man. He is transfixed with transhumanism and this mythical star trek-esque future that only exists in his head, think of kinda like 50's space motif mixed with Blade Runner but somehow with none of the problems. What I'm about to write should not be taken fully literally but mostly literally. It's a summation of Bob's world outlook:
Anyone he doesn't like is a hindrance to his superior future, see his MUH ROCKET SHIPS rant. Anyone against said future is clearly cannot be human. If you're not human then you have no place in the superior future. If you are human but disagree with him then you are not superior and thus obsolete. Obsolete things must be disposed of like the trash they are.
Again, Bob doesn't care about building a better man, see his infamous video about telling gamers to get in shape and then giving himself the beetus. If you are against Bob he has no problems seeing you sterilized, your line erased like conquered kings of old, your property/money wiped off the face of the earth, and you grovelling while a bullet is put between your eyes. He wants a cleansing of ideas. That's why I say kinda.

This is an exaggeration, but it's based on the truth. None of them would directly say it, but when #metoo was at its peak it was very obvious from all their rhetoric and behavior that the feminists wanted every man accused of sexual misbehavior with a woman or domestic violence against a woman to be considered guilty. Not even guilty until proven innocent, because they refused to accept it when guys like Paul Nungesser were proven innocent. Just guilty.

The only true question is who would win in a fight. MovieBob could have hidden tard strength but Ralph is resistant to damage due to alcohol numbing. One could only dream of such a slap fight.
