Why don’t people like Bob realize that they only do stuff like this to donate back to Hollywood and their personal net worth(s)? They don’t care about Biden/Harris, let alone China taking over the film industry.

Plus, if anything, political fundraisers have shown us it's just another way of taking advantage of the blind zealotry of the political base in order to get even more moeny.

A prime example of Bob's line of thought: If the side he picked has this kind of allies, then the other side is automatically sided with those guys he doesn't like. Pretty sure Zack Snyder loathes Trump as much as the next Hollywood hack, but don't let the truth be on the way of petty tribalism.
Also, anything coming from either one of the major parties or Hollywood ain't gonna be grassroots in my book.
Some film critic. Did he refuse to see his other releases since the Batman trilogy, or only this one in particular due to certain themes being included in it?

You know thinking about it Bob getting fired might be a little more mundane this time around.
IIRC someone pointed out that Bob didn't get hired back as a full employee to the escapist but as a contributor so I'm guessing he had to go through a yearly review to renew his contract. Plus we'd probably see him sperging more if he was suddenly sacked because of his recent events.
I kinda think what got him fired this year was a mix of his videos performing worse, the escapist site being on thinner ice, and his overall trash takes being even more garbage (haven't been keeping up with the thread since February, anyone want to fill me in how his cuties and memology shit stacks up to the other stupid shit he's said/done this year).
TLDR first firing saga could be described as a blaze of retardation, this one seems like to be a year long descent into obsolescence.

Point blank: The company decided that Bob’s work is not worth further investment and that continuing to associate their brand with him should be avoided. There’s no positive way to spin that, try as Bob might. Bob didn’t deliver the value that would have made it worthwhile to continue to work with him.

Minh and Kahn are absolutely Trump supporters. Dale, who was a parody conspiracy theorist to the point that it was charmingly stupid instead of weird, would be like a Qanon who thinks Q and Trump are actually covering up the real qanon pedo ring. He'd vote for John McAfee or accidently join the Black Panthers or something. Hank leaves the President blank but votes Republican all the way down. Or just writes in Reagan. Bill simps for either Harris or Warren but when election day comes he's too lazy to get up and actually vote. Boomhauer votes for Jo Jorgensen. It always seemed to me the show was about subverting your expectations just a little bit. Dale being a diehard Maga plays his character too straight.

Nah, nothing like that, although he does have a hateboner for Christopher Nolan (ever since the Dark Knight trilogy, he thinks only dudebros like his movies; this is what MovieBob actually believes). He's a fat fuck that ate himself into the 'betus, and thus he's deathly afraid of catching the Wu Flu (for good reason, the coof would probably knock him out if not kill him outright). Since Christopher Nolan wanted to release Tenet in theaters first so audiences could get the full experience he intended, Bobby refused to go see it because "muh personal safety." The first major movie release in months, and Bob didn't review it because of the coof.
The only positive to all the Wu Flu doomerism is the schadenfreude I get from watching a man whose career revolves around consooming product get buttmad over not being able to consoom product, solely due to his own life choices.

Remember that he initially loved the Dark Knight, was mildly positive towards Batman Begins, and did not have his hatedom for this series until the minute the Dark Knight began to attract widespread acclaim from non-nerds.
Bob has always been an antisocial contrarian at his core, and just about nothing embodies that more than his late-found hatred for Christopher Nolan's aesthetic.

At first glance (and probably what the writers would have done) is make Dale the Alex Jones of the show. Remember when Dale was complaining about the Beast? What is Google? Or how smartphones monitor everyone's location? What's location services? What I would prefer is if he was Mencius Moldbug, where he thinks he's Emmanuel Goldstein and comes up with such a big-brained conspiracy that he surrenders entirely and vote Hillary/Biden to "accelerate" the end. Hank would be like Ben Shapiro where he'd bitch about Trump ALL the time. Remember that Hank came to terms about being born in New York, he still doesn't actually like New York people. Inversely, the Soupanousianphones would go full MAGA just to annoy Hank, but really donate Dem to virtue-signal to Ted Wassaaasong. Peggy would vote Hillary because of feminism, but nope out of voting for Biden for the same reason. Luanne (RIP) would be dumb enough to write in Sanders, but would easily not vote at all since no one running is pretty. Agree on Bill and Boomhauer, if they vote at all.

Sadly Patreon is run by SJW types who explicitly run the site on the double standards that SJWs can do and say the most beyond the pale shit imaginable but still be a part of the website but deplatform everyone else for even rumor that they might have said something "bad", with bad being whatever the lunatic left says is bad enough to warren being deplatformed from Patreon.
They'll keep Bob around, purely on the principal that he's a loyal anti-life drone and as such, must be protected or else Gamergate wins.
