I doubt that he's even remotely aware that there are dozens--if not hundreds of other radio telescopes across the planet that were doing the same work as Acerbio. As for Obama decommissioning the space shuttles Bob would rationalize that Obama (peace be upon him) saw that they were a white elephant and rightly scrapped them. He wouldn't be completely wrong as the shuttles were aging, expensive, and NASA had already lost two (Challenger and Columbia) but Bob would never criticize his Messiah for scrapping the Constellation program. He doesn't want to accept the fact that the Democrats have zero interest in scientific or technological advancement. They either look to create more bureaucratic bloat with more government programs or fleece the taxpayer with their corporate buddies as the case is for Biden.

I find it delightfully ironic that Bob has seething contempt for Elon Musk, who has done more for space exploration than Obama ever did.
