Honestly you are 100% right about the fact that even if these turbo-atheist don't believe/hate religion (or just Christianity) it doesn't mean these thing just disappear (or in terms Bob would more likely understand they don't just get "Thanos snapped") There are still millions that practice Christianity and still see Christmas as a religious holiday.
