Go on then Bob in what way does this meet the definition of attempted murder? How would it meet the charge of terrorism?

I don't know if terrorism charges would stick; it would probably depend on his motivation for doing it and how the statute is written. So far we don't know his motivation; it may well be by "deliberately took the doses out of the fridge" it doesn't mean he deliberately destroyed them. He may have been trying to sell them, for instance, and the spoilage was accidental.

Attempted murder is completely daffy. You can't prove that someone would reasonably expect someone to die for not getting a vaccine, because there's no guarantee either that the vaccine would work or that they would even contract the disease in its absence, much less die from it.

If there was some malicious intent in destroying the vaccines, then yes, the guy should be severely punished. But all Bob is demanding is a recipe for an acquittal, because Bob understands the law even less than he does film.

It reminds me of how people were calling for Derek Chauvin to get first-degree murder charges during the George Floyd protests without realising that would be incredibly hard to prove (because first-degree murder requires premeditation) and lead to Chauvin being acquitted.

Floyd had enough fentanyl in his system to kill a horse. The defense argument is going to be that he was already dying when the cops got to the scene. Chauvin is almost certainly going to be acquitted of all homicide charges based on that alone; if not, conviction will be overturned on appeal. Buckle down, and take some comfort in how uninformed and stupid Bob's seething takes will be.

My layman's opinion is that:
1) Floyd was on fentanyl as has been shown by the various autopsies
2) kneeling on someone's neck for ~8 minutes while that person has been saying that he can't breathe is criminal negligence.

Whether Floyd would have died or not if Chauvin hadn't knelt on his neck is debatable, but I'd say that cutting off someone's oxygen for 8 minutes is likely to kill that person even if he's an Olympic athlete.

The problem is that if it's debatable, then Chauvin should be acquitted. "Debatable" implies reasonable doubt.

There is something severely fucked in the Minneapolis PD (just look at Justine Damond and Philando Castile), and I think Chauvin is a complete fuckup at best, but the fentanyl really muddies the cause of death.

Which is why the focus should be on proving manslaughter by gross negligence or something along those lines instead of murder.

Murder was always a lunatic bar to clear, even if Chauvin was directly the cause of death. But that's what happens when you file charges to appease the mob.

As Bob said above, they don't want justice done within the legal system, they want to "Send a BRUTAL message." They don't care that by trumping up charges against someone for being Turbo Mega Hitler they are only making it harder for the person to be condemned with the crime they did commit. The problem is when judges agree with sending a message and go along with this shit.

You seriously can't do MovieBob as thin or even skinnyfat. It just completely fails.

Not just that, if the prosecutor wants to avoid utter defeat, they'd better throw in something like aggravated assault as well because if all they try is murder or even manslaughter, and lose on those, he fucking walks. Possibly the feds can try a civil rights case but the state is done. And tbh as much as I think he's a scumbag I'd be fine with seeing him walk and don't care about the resulting chaos.

Reading around a bit (something Bob doesn't do) it appears he took them out knowing that if they are out for the fridge for over 12 hours they deactivate so wouldn't harm someone who had it but wouldn't provide immunity. Essentially the goal was people thinking they had taken it when it wouldn't be effective. The clinic had already identified a group of people who got vaccines that wouldn't do anything. Other than that a motive isn't yet known but uts certainly an odd thing to do, especially as he didn't damage any other vaccines so I don't think he's an anti-vax nut in general (especially since qualified pharmacist). So either he has something against this specific vaccine or the whole pandemic thing I'm sure we'll find out when it gets to court. He's been charged with 2 felonies so isn't getting away with it but less hyperbolic or flashy than Bob would like.

I've said it so many times, Bob's like the virus himself. People in reflexive horror elevate their own intellects for fear of catching his stupid.

I dunno. Part of me wants to send some frozen kool-aide in vials or whatever to his house marked vaccine just to see what he'd do. Do you think the fat fuck would inject himself?

Do you think the fat fuck would inject himself?
Yes, and he'd then try and get m'lady's attention by talking about how he's vaccinated and how she should stop dating contagious jerks and settle down with a vaccinated Chad like him.

To which the response will always be
”this is totally inappropriate dude”.

If they had released the actual police camera footage instead of letting Ralph "wife beater" Ellison incubate rioting in his state for months, this narrative would be totally different. Floyd was already claiming he couldn't breathe while freaking out (and probably approaching an OD, which he probably realized) on fentanyl when not a single cop was touching him. Floyd himself recommended they place him on the ground, and in doing so they followed their training to hold him there with a knee.

Now, that doesn't mean Chauvin wasn't criminally negligent. But there was plenty of reason to believe that Floyd's "I can't breathe" claims were lies or hyperbolic, at the very least. If I were in a jury and saw that footage, I would not be able to charge Chauvin with manslaughter or murder. Since I watch a lot of LivePD, I also know how often criminals will do or say anything to get out of an arrest, so I might even empathize with a cop that's likely heard Floyd's exact same claims a thousand times before when in each occasion it was untrue.

If you haven't watched the footage, I highly recommend doing so. It entirely changed my perspective on the event.

Nothing less then public crucifixion followed by live burning will satisfy inquisitor Bob. Hell tack a couple hundred extra counts of murder for all the transmissions those unvaccinated people while we are at it!
