Well first we need to define what dignity is.

The issue is that if I try to think of things that could be argued as "dignified" about Bob the closest I can think of is things I DON'T respect that really just arise from his ego and stubbornness. Dignity has to do with a sense of self-pride but there is a fine line between pride and ego.

Looking at both concepts side by side I think it's obvious that Bob is driven more by ego than pride. He is essentially a man who hates himself, but tries to hate others even more in order to feel superior. He has said multiple times in the past things like "I'm not even that smart, everyone else is just that stupid" or "I'm not the most moral guy but at least I'm not a Nazi".

I think Chris leans more towards pride. He does a bunch of dumb stuff but it seems to come from a place of genuine stupidity combined with living under his fat brother's fat shadow. Sure things like wearing that stupid rainbow whig and offering to ska dance in a dinosaur suit isn't really dignified but I don't think he's doing it because he hates himself. Some people just want to think of themselves as the "goofy silly guy". I mean look at the difference between the two in that podcast drawing:

The worst thing about Chris is his incessant e-begging. It's the most disgusting part about him but it's almost as if Chris has some autistic blindspot that makes him unable to realize why. Still he seems to be driven by an overall more healthy positive attitude than Bob. Chris does seem genuinely proud of being an engineer, having a house, having a family, etc. Dignity is supposed to be a positive thing and while I can find some positive things in Chris's life that justify a degree of pride, Bob's life seems to be a blackhole of ego and negativity.

Dignity has several definitions. It's both defined by the person's own sense of pride as well as how you much respect you believe the person deserves. I think Chris wins out in regards to his own sense of self-pride. Whether you think one is more deserving of respect than the other is a more subjective matter. I'm not sure which one has more dignity but what I can say is that Bob is like the guy who acts as if he's cool because he sleeps in a race car while Chris sleeps in a big bed with his wife.

My layman's opinion is that:
1) Floyd was on fentanyl as has been shown by the various autopsies
2) kneeling on someone's neck for ~8 minutes while that person has been saying that he can't breathe is criminal negligence.

Whether Floyd would have died or not if Chauvin hadn't knelt on his neck is debatable, but I'd say that cutting off someone's oxygen for 8 minutes is likely to kill that person even if he's an Olympic athlete.

If you're actually cutting off the oxygen to someone's brain, it takes a lot less time than that for them to pass out and/or die. Kneeling on his neck the way Chauvin was, while looking very bad, won't cut off your air supply. It's uncomfortable as fuck and stops you from getting up, moving, or doing anything (which is the point) but it won't actually kill by itself unless there's a complicating factor like, say, your heart blowing up from swallowing Timothy Leary's medicine cabinet. Also, if you watch the full bodycam footage, Floyd was saying that he couldn't breathe even before the cops laid a finger on him; from their perspective, it looks like a visibly stoned guy who's trying every passive resistance technique in the book to avoid (another) trip to jail.

Of course, people like Bob think that shooting the guns out of people's hands and snapping people's necks like matchwood are totally things that happen in real life, because the magic glow box shows it to them constantly. Much like his comment about "DGAF warrior queens," his understanding of the situation is filtered through media caricatures and precisely zero domain knowledge.
