Yes. He refuses to acknowledge that this makes him look like a bag of hot air. He says he was defending his fiance, acting as a sheepdog, publicly accused someone of multiple indecent acts bordering on crimes, but he can't remember any of it.

Just think of that level of dishonesty or irresponsibility.

You know, sometimes I publicly defame people and just forget about it.
 
We've got a few options here: either @Ron Toye doesn't understand nuance (which is quite possible, given his non-existent reading comprehension and inability to use logic) OR he thinks that we don't understand nuance.

He comes off as intellectually and mentally stunted, acting out when caught in his lies (complete with tantrums).

This is from events 30+ years ago, with only Blankenship-O'Connell's affidavit to jog his memory.

Your litany of I Do Not Recalls are for events 2-4 months prior, with each tweet with your twitter handle presented to you on a piece of paper.

Also, have you reviewed the takedown letter? He admits to kissing her he just assumed it was consensual. He is hiding behind the fact he did the stuff he just feels it was consensual. He doesn't get to determine that. I can post the screenshot here if you would like.

In any case, you're incorrect. At the TCPA stage he does get to assert consent, because whether someone gives consent or not is a fact question, and fact questions are resolved in the nonmovant's favor.

Whether consent is given or not is a huge factor. Let's step away from this lawsuit for a second. Let's go to Todd Haberkorn and Jessie Pridemore. In their retelling of events, both Todd and Jessie admit that there was heavy drinking involved, and both agree that Todd's weewee went into Jessie's vajayjay. However, Todd says there was consent, while JEssie says there was no consent.

The former is drunken, and probably regrettable, sex. The latter is rape. The former is a bad decision, the other is illegal.

Vic's testimony isn't "Yeah, Monica said 'no' when I started to kiss her, and turned our makeout session in to a struggle snuggle, but she totally wanted my Italian sausage and was just playing hard to get. What's the big deal?"

Vic instead says no, that didn't happen.

First, he never acknowledges that he was fired. He says he doesn't remember if he left voluntarily or was terminated. If was indeed fired, it might've been because of his short shorts, or his gay pants, or that he has better hair than the dean.

He denies any knowledge of misconduct, and further adds that if he had been accused of misconduct, he would have remembered it.


But again, for my question: How do you arrive at the conclusion that Vic admitted to anything? Plain reading comprehension and logic dictates that Vic is denying everything.

You're right that Vic doesn't get to assign consent. A jury is who determines if there was consent or not, since it's a fact question.

@Ron Toye the problem with you trying to present yourself and Monica as trustworthy people is that for over a year now, at every turn you've done the opposite of what an honest person in your position would do.

If you at all believed Vic assaulted your fiancee or poses a threat to female fans by complying with their request to do the coffee line or give them a hug, you would want to convince people of the threat you believe him to be. You would put out the receipts from the very start so you could prove your side of things beyond any doubt.

Instead you and Monica have pussied out every time you were asked to back up your accusations. The only logical conclusion that can be drawn from your deceitful behavior and your desire to try and control the narrative is that you have no receipts. You have nothing to back up your accusations against Vic and you know you have nothing. It's why you keep squawking "17-0! :)" and willfully misinterpreting the outcome of the TCPA or the merit of the 17 affidavits; it's the closest you're ever going to get to validation.

So here's my question: What possible reason could you have for withholding these receipts you claim to have, other than you not actually having anything?

Late on this, I've been busy. Anyways...

You are aware, that you can still be guilty and have something rule in your favor, at the same time you can be innocent and have something ruled not in your favor. Depends on the judge's demeanor on that given day really. This is how broken and logically immature your mentality is. You are the one with the logic of a child here, you think you are invincible like any person who has let a bout of sheer luck go to their head, like an idiot. This is akin to celebrating before you hit the finish line, not paying attention to what's in front of you.

You`re the one with the receipts, right? Contrary to what you believe, I can`t read minds, so I don`t know if you really have receipts or not. I`ll give you the benefit of the doubt - let`s go with you providing the receipts you have that are first-hand accounts that prove that Vic did what you claim he did. We don`t want second or third hand accounts - that`s hearsay and those people`s thoughts and feelings don`t matter here. We want to hear what exactly happened, from the horse`s mouth. :)

So, let us get this straight: You are saying here that the 17 affidavits, Vic's deposition, and Judge Chupp's ruling are those receipts, is that right?
