Do you believe that any of the people who say that Vic is a terrific person or witnesses that contradict some of the stories in your side's affidavits are lying? What would be their motivation for doing so?
I can't believe I feel the urge to give you relationship advice again, but a relationship that never has fights is a relationship where one side is constantly rolling over for the other, and that's not healthy. Of course a relationship where the couple is fighting every day is on the opposite side of the spectrum, but I find a relationship where the partners have occasional spats to be healthier than one that has none at all.

Implying Ron tells the truth when that is definitely not the case, at least regarding his love life. Every relationship Ron had with a woman was by default a lesbian one and this masculine attempting transwoman has so far confirmed over and over again the statistics of said relationships having the highest abuse rates.
The only viable relationship advice for Ron would be to get his shit together and have a man to give him a good dicking to get that sand out of his vag. That would explain all the thirst he has for Nick.

She left negative reviews to try to harm the reputation of a small business where she's never personally been or had any sort of a bad interaction with anyone. According to Vic's affidavit, Jamie Marchi came up to him and hugged him without getting his prior consent. Would your hypothetical HR fire her for that?
Normal human beings do this thing where they can read someone's body language and response, and they know whether or not someone's consenting to being hugged, before they hug the person. Waving "receipts" that are links to YouTube videos showing consensual interactions just makes you the jerk in the corner going "WELL I DIDN'T CONSENT." Shut up, Ron. Show us actual victims, or just shut up.
Even now you're using minimizing language that indicates you don't really see it as that bad. The empty threats. Hitting Marcie on the thigh with the remote. Whenever you mention your behavior, you appear to feel obligated to add qualifiers that, in your mind, make your abusive behavior sound less severe. That's not recovery, Ron.
Those affidavits that tried to use other alleged occasions to represent that Vic is a certain type of person, to indirectly try to prove that he did what you, Monica, Jamie, and Funimation claimed he did? Aside from that fact that most of it was easily shown to be fabrications pulled from an anti-Vic rumor mill, that's inadmissible evidence. It's irrelevant. Texas rules of evidence, rule 404: "Evidence of a person's character or character trait is not admissible to prove that on a particular occasion the person acted in accordance with the character or trait." You have to have evidence about that particular occasion.
Monica said that Vic threw her (I DOUBT) onto the bed and got on top of her. Vic said he didn't do that. Jamie said that Vic grabbed her hair by the roots and jerked her head backward painfully while whispering "something sexual" into her ear. Vic said that he didn't do anything "forceful" (like "pulling"), or "sexual," but instead he described gently tossing her hair and complementing her on how it looked. Those are not just disagreements on how Monica or Jamie felt; they disagree on the facts... whose version of the facts is true? What's more, it doesn't actually matter how Monica or Jamie feel... what matters is how a reasonable person would feel, given the facts of what happened. Monica and Jamie presented facts that made it sound like a reasonable person would've felt violated by what Vic did; Vic presented facts that made it sound like a reasonable person wouldn't have felt violated by what he did. So, again, whose version of the facts is true? That's a question for a jury to answer.
I know we disagree, Ron, but I've made a pointed effort to write my honest disagreements without going over the top with insults and jokes at your expense (at least now, when I'm directly addressing you). You do realize, though, that you've previously disclosed that you use "smiley" emojis as a coping mechanism when you're mad and triggered? It's literally impossible to take you seriously any time you start interjecting smiley emojis because you're just telegraphing how mad you are. It's embarrassing, Ron. Get a better coping mechanism, like maybe squeezing a stress ball or something. @Ron Toye first of all I want to sincerly thank you. As a child, I have had to deal with an alcoholic stepdad with violent controle issues, and an emotionally abusing mother. As you probably know that did boded little good for my futur, but putting in work early on, I put my own fears of ending up another statistic to bed and am now happily married with two kids and not only can I enjoy a beverage without falling into dependancy, but I also manage to not abuse my spouse and kids physicly or emotionally. While for most people this is totally normal. People like you remind me how lucky I am
Hope that one day, you will take some time to really examine your own behavior, and takes steps to really start working on breaking the cycle of violence in your family. But hey if you are unable/willing, then lets jointly hope, your son will be the one doing it.

As Stated before, I grew up in an abusive household. so let me answer some of your questions here.
Why not ask your current gf and her friends. Simply put, you are an abuser, with anger and control issues. victims and friends of victims usually will run defense for the abuser in an attempt to metigate, and avoid any escalation.
As for your statement about do not fight. I do hope for you, you mean you do not come to blows with one another. But if you mean by it that you do not have any arguments/frictions together, congratulations, you have her running so scared of you, that she dares not to be anything other than what she thinks you want, as to avoid abuse... that is not a magical relationship, but the wet dream of a controling asshat, and the nightmare for a victim of abuse.
