Holy shit, the roof is literally caving in. That's gonna be a lot more than "$20-30K in repairs" like Ralph claims. I expect there is heavy water damage inside and it will probably have to have much of the sheetrock ripped out down to the studs. Not to mention the carpet. Imagine the smell.

And finally, a view from the rear. So much to unpack here, idk where to start: the half-dead tree? The pile of buckets, barrels, and other trash? I wonder if there's any dead bodies melted in acid in those barrels. Also, the back door is standing wide open--so I bet the house has been stripped already of any copper pipes, wiring, or appliances by druggies, but ol' Ronnie's crack shack is obviously much too disgusting for even the most self-loathing crack head to squat in. Sad.

These photos, to me, confirm my theory that the sale fell through because the company actually went and inspected it and nope'd out due to the amount of work needed. I'm sure the inside is breeding new species of black mold. It'll likely end up getting leveled and rebuilt once the economy is right to justify the expense. It may not be at that point right now, but it's not going to get better.

You kidding me? The foundation on that pile of shit is shot too. Water is hands down one of the most damaging forces to a home and this crack shack has been swimmin like a fish.
 
I haven't seen it mentioned in this thread yet, during Faith's interview on Backwards Internet, she stated that Ralph claimed Ronnie was severely schizophrenic and homeless for a long stretch of time. He was extremely physically abusive to Sandra and Ethan ("HIDE AND WATCH ME") and had written a number of disturbing, rambling letters to Ralph.

Ralph misspoke recently on stream that his Uncle gave him the inheritance from his Father. I'm sure it's been speculated or confirmed previously, but it was still fun hearing slip from Ralph's drugged out mouth that his daddy didn't leave him ANYTHING. He only has the possessions that rot his fingers and rot in his enemy's garage by the benevolence of his Father's brother.

He had to petition the relevant courts. At least, I know that to be the case with the crack shack because the docs are free on their site. I think he did with the swamp land as well.

While that’s very sad if true, many adults grew up in similar circumstances. You know what you do as an adult? Make sure your VULNERABLE parent is safe, period. You don’t neglect them, allow them to remain homeless, or die alone and afraid then melt into a couch for how long was it before Ralph bothered to check on His Ronnie? You deal with your childhood trauma, or at least put it aside, so Your Ronnie doesn’t end up the way he did.
We’ve been told that His Ronnie was abusive, but he was a human being who was severely mentally ill, allegedly. Someone flexing Gamergate bux in 2023 should have done better for BOTH his parents.
I have a great deal of sympathy for a child who grew up in the environment Ralph allegedly did, but if you don’t deal with it, you’re stuck there repeating the patterns in relationships.
Ralph=Ronnie, Mantsu=Sandra, Xannie=Evan, ReRoll=Ralph.
No wonder Ralph is wasted 24/7.

Yep, same with the swamp. It went through probate and was transferred to him in 2020. It should have been partially Evan's too just like the crack shack is, but Ralph conveniently left his brother off the probate filing in Louisiana.

Ralph really is a chip off the old block. I guess that's why he needs to take so many Xanax, to keep the rage in check and stop the voices from telling him to beat Pantsu and Rozy into a coma. It was nice of Ralph to slip into Ronnie's old abuser shoes as a teenager to keep Sandra beating down and in her place. She probably felt really lonely until Ralph started called her a bitch and telling he to eat a dick.

He should explain that to the family court judge. He's not slurring and passing out when he's "on air" because he's a plain old benzo addict, the benzos just silence Morloch's voice telling him Pantsu is a glowie that must die and Rozy must be sacrificed to be raised by the wild dogs of Merida to fulfill her destiny. Xanax also blocks the CIA computer god from recording all of his thoughts.

Ah, I have been confused. I actually thought it was Morlock but have seen so many recently iterations of the word in recent years went with my faulty recall. I didn't know Alex has coined Moloch but did remember Ralph had considered becoming a Moloch worshipper in the recent past, probably on the advice of runny Ronnie's ghost whispering advice via radio waves straight to the Gunt's wet brain.
