I mean, it does look rancid and probably has been ransacked, but surely breaking into someone's dump is a felony and broadcasting it is a stupid idea.

Yeah, I get it, many "Urban Exploration" channels do this stuff too but this form of extreme a-logging should be discouraged.
The US is weird and has many dated laws on the books that may surprise you when it comes to ownership of land. Being far from an expert in the matter, it is entirely possible that the person taking this picture has legal rights to be there, potentially indefinitely. Not making a joke or being facetious or dramatic, google up on "squatters rights" and maybe add horror story in the google term.

EDIT: Possible adverse ownership claim depending on 7 or 15 years, and also almost definitely not a crime either

You do you bro, it may be illegal what you’re doing but at this point let’s be honest, we’re witnessing Ralph endanger and abuse his child on a daily basis which is much worse compared to walking through the broken front door of an abandoned crack shack.

Surely a house Ethan Ralph tried and failed to sell for $17,000 isn't abandoned?

YouTube does the same with so called urban explorer channels so whatever, emu nonce.

To whom ever went in without wearing gloves, painter's coveralls, respirator, and goggles they almost certainly have been exposed to black mold and bed bugs. Shocking that it looks like nothing had been cleaned out since Ronnie's passing. There were probably photo books and other sentimental things, all left to be gawked and pissed on by addicts.

Asbestos too I would imagine.

Looking at the state of it, and how Ethan is constantly yelling about how "I AIN'T NEVER COMIN" BACK TO THE USA, THEY GOT CHEAP XANAX HERE, MEXICO #1" and how his brother Evan is incapable of visiting the site, I'd say that yes, it is abandoned.

Yeah it absolutely isn't a felony to walk into an abandoned building and take pictures. Not smart, for sure, especially with how many litigious threats ralph has been throwing around - But then again he hasn't followed through on a single one.

Does that house or any of that land seem salvageable on a Ralphabudget? Doubt it.

The place is gross. I'd love to know what Ronnie's backyard/that unkempt other half of the lot is going to bring with its own problems.

Ralphamale ain't got no time for that shit.
