I would normally have sided with the vet but given the woman could not restrain herself in court from inferring Allison is a bigot for her views while going with the usual, "be kind" hypocrisy it's skewing my instincts to the other side of the argument.

I suspect that maybe the staff had pronoun pins on their name tags and the terf lady ignored a they/them and it snowballed from there.

For me it’s the fact that she was a client for 13 years and yet they had no proof that she was a problem. Did she suddenly decide “today I will be a Karen.” And as has been pointed out, vets often interact with people who are suffering some of the worst emotional pain of their life, so if she was bad enough to be fired as a client after over a decade I think we would get more specific accusations than that she “shouted”.

I'm not usually one of the "don't be racist" kiwis, but sheltered white women like that also loooooove to call themselves allies until they're blue in the face and then immediately do the most racist shit imaginable. Non-zero chance this woman raised her voice some and the vets clutched their pearls over an aggressive black woman with shaved hair like she was going to beat their heads in with a rock.

Who wants to bet that since the conversation was about the dog being 'overweight' they did something stupidly petty like keep referring to her pet as 'It' as some sort of 'defiance against a known TERF'

I cannot think of any circumstance where the conversation "We noticed your dog is getting a bit overweight, you may need to cut down on their food a bit or extend their walks a bit to get them back to a healthy weight" ends up with screaming about about trannies unless some retard tranny/pro-tranny cuck started getting all snarky about the fact she's friends with JK or something , how does that topic even get injected in to a conversation about a dog at a fucking vet unless they can't keep their fucking trap shut.

The fact the Judge commented it was clear it was about the women's politics means they must have discovered something like emails or IM's that referred to them gossiping about it and shit talking her or something.

The vet has given multiple different reasons for the expulsion. At one point it was because they called her dog fat and she got angry, at another it was because she was angry that they didn't have worming tablets. They've claimed everyone was scared of her and that she was always angry. It's possible that Allison Bailey has been consistently awful, but it sounds like the claims were a pretext to cut her off, especially given the testimony of Dr Munro, who was very likely the other half of the "interaction" Bailey complained about to the practice, which set the whole chain of events in motion. These details haven't been made clear. I would assume someone just walked out hostile to her and it spiralled into an argument.

Plenty of study has shown that vets have a heightened chance of suicide, primarily from seeing pets be treated poorly by owners and then being returned to them yet again post-procedure. Like treating a child for being beaten up only to send them back with a smile.

Jokes aside, and as for this specific incident, I'm leaning more towards some kind of fuckery being closer to reality than this woman suddenly becoming a violent karen for no reason. People are 100% petty enough to pull this kind of shit just because someone is friends with JK.
