RPGnet Forums

I continue to be astonished by the retarded back-patting these limp-dicked faggots engage in over 'inclusivity'.

All I've ever asked of someone at the table -- as a player or GM -- is 'don't be a fuckwit'. Roll the dice, have fun. That's it. Black? Don't care. Gay? Who gives a shit. Trans? Meh. Woman? No problem. And I think most gamers are the same way.

We were always the outcasts, in the 80's and 90's. We never wanted to hurt anyone. We'd accept anyone, as long as they wanted to play.

But no, now we're the bad guys for questioning this demand for mandatory 'diversity'.

Fuck that guy.

The irony so thick you could could use it as shield on a nuclear reactor?

The whole reason these types had a safe space to begin with to launch this shit from? Is because they've never been excluded as a whole from the hobby. I'm not saying there have never been any assholes in the gaming community, fuck knows there have been. The neckbeard catpissman type is an unpelasant stereotype that doesn't come from nowhere. But no, as you say, on the whole most gamers have always been outcasts, and generally happy to include anyone socially. There's a reason that "RPG Players" is a bubble that overlaps with a lot of other groups on the outcast venn diagram... Furries, computer geeks, autists, gay folks, poor kids... I hardly know a gamer that either isn't or wasn't some other form of outcast. A few, but they're few and far between.

I still say that this is basically a gentrification of geek spaces. The new people see something fun but don't like the nerds occupying the space, therefore they must sweep the nerds out.

There is no way to write a parody aout this shit, because reality itself is beyond absurd.

Its victim blaming because the left is always a victim. Yes, even when they control 2.5 of the 3 branches of government. Don't question their victimhood, what are you, a nazi?

And yet if you were to ask who was responsible for Portland, Seattle, and Minneapolis burning, they would say the right wing made them do it. My feelings are your problem, and anything I do with them or about them is justified. Your feelings aren't my problem, and even bringing them up is morally bankrupt tone policing and harassment.

That's how the left functions, responsibility for actions are not allowed for it's always someone else that MADE them do a thing or it was a REACTION to a thing.

I have more forgiveness and acceptance for lolcows who genuinely say "I fucked up, I"m sorry, I"ll do better" , mean it, and try to not do The Dumb Thing again. If they do it again, fuck 'em with a rotar rooter.

The left will repeat The Dumb Thing and find new excuses why doing The Dumb Thing is OK and screech that anyone who calls them out is *ist, *phobe*, SociallyUnacceptableTerm.

Exactly. I have far more respect for the authoritarian leftists that are honest about it. "We're going to pursue and consolidate power because we believe we should be running things. Our philosophy is the best, if you don't like it then take your best shot."

This is just infantalizing. "Its just awful that you did this, now I have no choice but to take action. I don't want to do this but you made me, if only you had acted differently this could have been avoided." Its like the leftist version of Cincinnatus mixed with the behavior of an abusive spouse.

The sheer smugness of these cunt mods will never fail to enrage me. I honestly want to beat every single RPGnet mod into a coma. I want them all doxed so I can seek them out in every public place they attend and just literally beat the holy shit out of all of them. These "people" are such absolute fucking garbage.

Someone got up on the wrong side of the bed. Also really don't see the point of a six month ban unless they want the poster to quietly go away without explicitly permabanning them. Six months is more than enough time to find new places to post unless rpg.net is literally the only "safe" community like some of these nutbars believe.

Looks like someone failed the mod's loyalty roll, again.

And people have been eating bans left and right, lately.

Of course you can have opinions, friend. It's just that your opinions are wrong, and you should feel ashamed of yourself for having such embarrassingly wrong opinions. You can have any opinion you like, as long as it's ours.

This is a really poisonous attitude to take, and it has permeated almost every aspect of culture. Those who oppose us and/or our obviously, uncontroversially Good values do so out of a malicious desire to hurt us because they hate who/what we are, and no other reason. There can be no compromise, reasoning, negotiation, or coexistence with them; nor should there be, for they are pathologically evil to the core. They can only be eliminated.

As long as this attitude gets cheered on social media, we will remain mired in Clown World. I wonder if Tanka appreciates the irony that actions like his only convince the other side that they are right, and banning people from his hugbox doesn't magically make them perish.
