"Feel free to spend your time and creativity to join our contest where we will ban you for arbitrary standard because someone feelings got hurt."

Then when the next contest happens, assuming rt doesn't go under by then, they'd be surprise when people doesn't give a fuck. I literally can't think of a worse standard to set for future endeavors short of outright murdering someone.

Well, thats the response I'm expecting for future fanart. Make a piece of fanart RT doesnt like for reasons X, Y, or Z and expect a dmca lawsuit to fucking you into the dirt

Sounds like a real cunty thing to do. So glad RT fans are mature people that handle losing a contest properly.

Sad thing is about that, Tina literally had promotion from not just the crappy RWBY subreddit who promoted her art but she even got a shout-out from a Blue Checkmark in the form of Janet Varney (VA for Korra from LoK) compared to Mayuki who only had Hero Hei as someone who only sort of promoted her but he did more reporting on the harassment she suffered from the FanDumb;with Hei only encouraging people to vote for whatever design they liked best.

Tina literally was the little kid who stomps their foot when they start losing, and throw a tantrum because Wendigo was winning over her Rhino.

Am I understanding this wrong, or are they literally cancelling the open community poll because some artists might get sad that nobody likes their shit?
From what I've seen, people are upset that the Wendigo was taking something from the culture of Native Americans.

Someone like Junior or even Roman can fit as major villains if the series is just a bunch of animu girls getting in stylish fights against the likes of gangsters while attending some animu academy.
Funny thing, you could argue that Roman and Neo were small enough that they could be recurring villains in the show. Have them occasionally pop up with maybe some new gadget or enhancement relevant to where they are in the story to see how far the heroes have come.

So be like the Team Rocket of RWBY?

They probably picked the cheapest to animate and make a story about. This always happens.

This is the adel aka video.

It's going to be the Ibex, Not only do they already have a model but it'll be the easiest to slot into the series as a background monster. The two remaining, sulfur fish and Hag both have decent concepts that will be hard to show off without dedicating an episode to them. Unless RT has already picked the winner there's no way they'll implement the concepts within the needed time.

If they had brains they wouldn't of banned the wendigo and would have picked the sulfur fish. It would of been the easiest to impliment having the whale grim regurgitate them, kind of like plankton, then have the fish be the ones wrecking the town as a swarm.

What fans want: another one shot episode dedicated to an interesting monster concept

What they’ll get: nothingburger background monster that will be instantly forgotten

More proof the Apathy episode was a total fluke.

From the Heo Hei video on the subject:

They cant even woke properly in their own series.

So apparently the Head of Animation for RWBY decided to C&D a RWBY MMD porn artist stating that their portrayal of the characters is infringing on RT Copyright.

Big wow if this is this actually works or is real.
it's funny because RWBY uses those free miku models

I can see them doing that since models of new characters like Winter look out-of-place compared to the finer details the OG characters have.

Regardless, I wouldn't be surprised if they just removed comments and public voting altogether after this incident. Asspats and "support" be dammed.

Gonna bring the community together by making it impossible for people to react to each other because they might say no-no words, and that's no good.

adel aka did a video asking if RWBY should be rebooted.

On my front I'll point out I already talked about this with me saying you have to scrap much of it if it's going to be serious.

The World of Remnant or other loredump videos are only dubiously canon since they contradict later details or just don't fit with how characters are later characterized. See one of them more or less saying that Ozpin used his aura to become immortal instead of being a bodyswapper or how Jacques forged the SDC yet we're supposed to be believe he's silly enough to commit fraud that'd land him in prison with someone he barely knows.

They're just victims of the shifts which happened as the series went on. Someone like Junior or even Roman can fit as major villains if the series is just a bunch of animu girls getting in stylish fights against the likes of gangsters while attending some animu academy. They don't fit too well as major villains if RWBY are now traveling the world to save it from more or less Sauron. That even applies to Adam considering how the White Fang/Fantasy Racism was never especially relevant to RWBY's activities as a team.

RWBY entering Beacon even showed Yang having friends outside of the team.

Reading all this made me wonder if anyone at CRWBY even considered watching Revolutionary Girl Utena (which was made Kunihiko Ikuhara, the guy who also worked on Sailor Moon) which, is a far far better story then RWBY even attempts to be, in how it shows life within an academy, and it's heavy use of allegory and symbolism. If RWBY was to be rebooted, they should consider taking some inspiration from Utena, seeing as they eagerly borrowed ideas from Sailor Moon.

It goes much further than this btw.

Here's a full version of your pic:

Here's someone calling him out in the steals he did for Yang & Weiss:

All of these are from 4chan btw

IS MMD open source/public domain/a thing where "stealing" doesn't mean shit because there's a price tag of 0 dollars?
In America? Hell yes.

Japan's a completely different situation, they're really anal when it comes to distribution of models, and make it incredibly difficult for those outside of there to download them. And that's if they want anyone to download them in the first place.

Even if they watched it they'd just dump it as muh yuri paradise. Nothing else but muh yuri.

I'd be in favour of a reboot or a spiritual successor, but not with the current CRWBY's incompetence and creative bankruptcy being anywhere near it.

Only if they're willing to step down and relinquish the rights. Which they never will, unfortunately.
