Ryulong has tried to use meatpuppets to remove a happy new years message left for him at Bleach wikia, resulting in the page being protected. He then started messaging them at the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure wikia to continue spilling spaghetti.

I'm truly sorry to contact you like this, but I logged in here to see another troll had left me a message at the Bleach Wikia and I also found Salubri had blocked me for 2 years. Could you please remove that while I contact the Wikia Staff about it, again? And maybe ask that they just fully protect my user talk instead of preventing me from editing it at all (I'm also really surprised I got banned). Again, sorry for all this. But these guys after me won't stop.

Well the block was pretty much because you lost alot of public favor dragging the issue out for so long over a simple typo (sorry to put it like that, but it is true when you boil it down)
Anyway, really the best way to deal with people like that guy are to just ignore them. Don't even egg them on removing the message. They're looking for a reaction. Contact staff about it, yes. But don't let them see what you're doing.

I really didn't intend for that discussion to have been dragged out as it had. SunXia and their insistence over the talk page indents didn't help either. I've gotten a friend to remove the message for me but I'll still wait on Wikia staff. Would you mind asking Salubri or whoever else in your skype community that my page be protected totally so I don't have to deal with this nonsense anymore?

Thing is, I doubt that would work as effectively as it would seem. As it stands, Lyurong's key positions of power in a handful of wikis were ALL brought about not because he's obsessed with wiki editing, but by somehow being on good terms with people already in high places who could exploit the system and grant effective omnipotence on the guy to do as he pleased. It's how he got into Wikipedia as a high-ranking mod despite two prior failed nominations and a highly suspect third successful try, along with the only reason he's still on RW as Gerard supports the wiki-ruining bullshit that most of the sane RW userbase wants LyuLyu permabanned for.
A global ban on Wikia given his high reliance on digital Nepotism would be far riskier than even if it was, say, good 'ol Moleman. With Navarro, everybody hates his guts and his sock accounts were easy to identify and insta-ban. Ryulong, though? Aside from the devotion he has to the double dragon moniker, being a mere wiki user will never satisfy him - he wants sysop always. And since he needed rigged elections to get those positions in the first place, he'd need them again. That's where I suspect his "friends" would ultimately leave him high and dry since assisting an obvious alt. account in their position of authority - since that's generally a big no-no on any account-based website - would bring massive scrutiny onto them and inevitably lead to both LyuLyu AND his sycophants getting banned and nobody in their circle has any power.
His better option is what generally has been going on ever since Wikipedia kicked his ass out of the project - proxied friends doing his work for him. He doesn't have the ability to manage shit at the single character editing spam levels he loves to do, but it's the only way his "correctness" can be achieved without risking even further restriction of his powers by means of his own idiocy.
Granted, even there it only goes so far as to people willing to put up with his demands on exclusively these topics anymore:
- Gamergate (specifically enforcing a major pro anti-GG stance and crinimalizing any pro-GG content to the point of making mentally unstable justifications)
- Anita Sarkesian (see above)
- My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic (anything to unleash his hate boner on the fanbase)
- Puzzle and Dragons (this is to LyuLyu as roadsigns are to Phil)
- Kamen Rider/Wherever the fuck "Buddyloid" originated (probably his first claim to fame as he thinks one instance of accepted mistranslation overrides an entire franchise history of accepted correct translation)
Aside from Gamergate/Sarkesian, the relevance of these topics being already fleeting in mainstream internet culture (spoilers: GG won and the SJW's are still salty about all the corruption supporting them having been burned out), none of those have anything to do with what RW is supposedly about in the first place, or really any other wiki that hasn't already banned LyuLyu's ass. People will tire of him eventually, leaving him with no choice but to constantly refuse to accept that he's wasted his life basically polluting the internet with useless word data his entire life.

The one-year anniversary of his ban from Wikipedia is at the end of this month, which means he'll be able to appeal his ban.
I'd be surprised if he didn't try to have it revoked.
If he does indeed get banned from every wiki in existence, he'll probably either make his own or try sockpupetting. Wikisperging is his whole life.

The weird thing is that the easy solution to Ryu's issues about getting banned all the time is to simply make a wiki himself where he's the head mod of everything. Seriously, even OPL did it years back when he made CWCpedia as the "true and honest" response to the CWCwiki.

Buddyloid comes from a Super Sentai series called Go-Busters, and it wasn't his first battle with mistranslations. The year before he insisted that a villain from Pirate Sentai Gokaiger be translated as Warzu Giru* (which was eventually fixed to Warz Gill thanks to the toys) and he insisted that an item called the Condor Medal be translated as the Condol Medal for the show Kamen Rider OOO. That one wasn't fixed until after Ryulong was banned. Ryulong has a long, long history of fucking up 'l' and 'r' and refusing to give in when people point out his mistakes.
* Gokaiger was translated by two different fansubbing groups. TV-Nihon used Warzuru Giru and Over-Time used Oiles Gil. Ryulong decided that he knew Japanese better than either of them and used his own translation. He probably would have never received half of the hate he did if he went with the ultra-weeb version TV-Nihon did instead of his own.
[EDIT] Fun fact: the reason Ryulong hates 4chan so much is because of the constant mockery he got on the /m/ IRC channel over Warzu Giru, Condol, and Buddyloid.
