i wont date myself by saying how old i was when this came out, but i was impressionable. one of the better advices from sam. (30:33) i also liked the one about how hell on earth is real, stagnation is hell, something like that. but i cna't find that one anymore

Nevertheless my point De-thesaurufied is thus, I believe for most people lifting weights is the best advice they can get. Specifically if your the type of person who is aimlessly looking for advice online and ends up seeing sam hyde as your virtual father, the type of person who would do this is most definitely in a horrible time in their life even if they dont realize it. These types of people if they were to really take this advice to heart could gain a lot from lifting weights since even on A physical level it will put them in A somewhat good spot to then tackle their mental problems. I dont believe there is any other piece of advice that could help in so few words as "just lift weights bro"

One time i found (what i think is) his address by doing the reverse route. there is also a frank hassle video that gives it away
