Anyone who latches onto any Internet personality as a stand in for a parental figure has deep issues that needs addressing. Never look up to any celebrity, Internet or otherwise. Go to the pub if you need to meet an older gentleman to give you advice on being a functional adult. Stanley the blue collar worker from the pub likely has way more valuable advice to give than Sam Hyde ever will.

Stanley is less likely to turn out to be a sex pest.

We all know the difference. We all know why we recoil when we hear a 16 year old is pregnant but are less apprehensive about hearing an 18 year old is pregnant. Conversely, by the way, as an adult male who has been lucky enough to see 16, 18, and 28, I also know how profoundly different 18 and 28 is. It doesn't look like 'severely mind raped by constant porn and didnt know any better' because I feel those people tend to come off very unconfident and weak.

If you mean 'he wouldn't have done it if he knew in advance he wouldn't enjoy it' thats a rather different statement.

It has always been my perception, from the time that World Peace got cancelled, that Sam has overwhelmingly come across as unconfident and weak with his tough guy talk. The exception was when he said something to the effect of "worry about when people decide to start killing journalists, you can quote me on that." His constant need to live up to his wigger persona with a bunch of chest puffing, never actually picking on anyone his own size (whether physical size or social reach) and putting every statement behind the cloak of irony, where you can give him credit for esoterically communicating some deep thought or deny the obvious implications of some of his more idiotic positions, has always come across as unconfident and weak. I don't pretend to know what degree porn or coomerism plays a role into this, but I would argue he definitely fits unconfident and weak to a tee. In the context of the anal sex with the 16 year old, the pornsick charge definitely sticks. Consider how he gets a legitimate W when Hassan refuses to fight him, but he has to milk in 1000 times over. A person with legitimate W's doesn't have to beat a dead horse 999 times over.
