Sam says TJ can get the full 5 points if he cuts his hair as short as Sam's. His hair is now short and fucked up like Sam's. Him having short hair really does ruin the "wholesome" good boy look but tbh he doesn't look bad.
I don't think he was told he'd get 5 points to cut his hair. Sam took away 1 point from him because he ruined the bit by going first and he said he'd give it back if he fucked up his hair so he either got 0 points or 1 point, depending on how production understood.
The problem is the contestants are smarter than S1 crew, Tay instantly realized she would never manage to win if TJ took it seriously and Trish didnt want to cut PERIOD. It was a dumb challenge and TJ stood no chance at executing Sam's shitty joke, even before his mental retardation is taken into account. Once again Sam is rage tarding out at his own fuckups.
Sam was expecting that they would take his several warnings to heart, that they aren't here to be friends and this is a competition. My guess is Sam wanted TJ to lie about cutting his hair and say he wouldn't do it if the girls did it, and then cut it in the end anyways to win the challenge and fuck over the other fish. Unfortunately the fish are all retarded and won't compete with each other without being told to.

Jimmy was told to move everything out of B1 by Jet before the cell challenge, I guess he just ran out of room in B3 or figured he was taking too long and just left it there.
Also since most people missed it, Dunye and Trish's fight started over a comment about drinking from the hamster water containers. Vance came in to film and told everybody to drink some water, Dunye and someone else had already been over there drinking so Trish made some comment about not wanting to drink right after everybody else. Dunye has repeatedly been shown to get very upset by TTS calling his cleanliness into question and this was no different, he immediately started talking shit to her and calling her out on sleeping with Brian. Then he just kept going from there, it wasn't set up by production unless he was told way before hand to do it and he just now decided it would be a good time.
The person who
was told by Sam directly to start shit was Trish. In the attic on the night Brian was eliminated (so the night before the cell), Sam told her she needed to start talking shit to somebody, and the therapy circle would be a good time. She ended up saying nothing in the therapy circle and still hasn't talked shit, even when Dunye was talking shit to her and nobody would be upset if she talked shit back. She basically just shut down and said nothing. I've held out hope that she'd eventually have a character, but she's so insecure she attaches herself to an attractive man and uses that as a personality. She has 0 chance of winning at this point.
