Funny enough, exactly one year ago he had exactly the same story with the property manager giving him an extension:

Of course Sean begs for outrageous amounts of money all the goddamn time, but every few months he cycles between a couple of stories/formats.
When you put them together the pattern becomes obvious, as well as the ways in which he hones them to be more effective (basically, the more demanding and assholey, the bigger the take, apparently).
Here are some of the other times he pulled this exact scam, that is, with the eviction and the running tally:

That last one doesn't have the running tally, so strictly speaking it's not exactly the same scam. But it quotes a tweet Sean made a week before, where he piggybacked on the Maya Forstater controversy to beg for $2000, after which he started posting page after page of male gazey soft porn as an "incentive". The irony of a woman losing her job literally over the word "woman" being unpersoned by a fat man like Sean who proceeds to drown discussion in porn is pretty perfect.

This is all truly amazing. This shit show has been going on for nearly 3 years and Sean has not downgraded his lifestyle to cushion himself for long term unemployment.

It's also worth noting that Sean isn't dealing with Mr. Roper or any other Joe Shmo landlord. Park Ridge Estates markets itself as an apartment community. It's owned by another huge property management company that even with the pandemic isn't so willing to work with, it's renters, but this has been going on long before the pandemic.

Lastly the apartment's office isn't even open on Sundays, Sean. Where are you going to drop the check and verify it's right on time?

Ha! Why would he express gratitude, especially for money he's not actually getting? Like Lou Gagliardi, Amhole Gibes and a few others, he clearly has another source of income and just begs his fat heart out for money he feels he's owed as a troon to then spend on porn and fast food. The amount of money he likely gets is paltry, especially since he's been on the grift so long, but he's long past caring how blatant his lies are and how pathetic he looks if some moron gives him $20 towards his next 'girlfriend experience'.

They never say thank yous for several reasons, and it's not just because they're ungrateful cunts.

I'm not sure so after I posted that I did a quick advanced search with him for "I need" and there are still a shit load of e-begging Tweets. No need to delete them now Sean, as I've archived over 100 of them. That last thread could also be about Thorne Melcher who's political hot takes are getting people to question his e-begging.

It would probably be wise. I get the impression that pickings were slimmer than usual this time. Certainly if I were following him, I’d be wondering how he keeps burning through thousands every month.

I think that “I’m so tired” thing is his most annoying affectation. Even more annoying than the constant “NOW NOW NOW” begging. He’s so tired because he’s overspending? Because he maintains a lifestyle that he can’t afford? Because he’d rather be a parasite than get a job? If he’s tired, how do his followers feel about constantly getting the cup rattled at them?

It's a very common SJW affectation these last few months. I've noticed lots of them doing it. None of them, of course, have any actual reason to be tired when they just lie around and tweet all day.
