Off-Topic "Scientific" Studies regarding Transpeople

I could be wrong, but I thought there was quite substantial evidence that puberty blockers wreck your skeleton.
Any study of puberty blockers is going to have at least two very large obstacles to clear: The sample will be small, and it will have any number of comorbidities. The former means that the error bars will be huge, and the latter means they can't tease out bone damage from blockers from bone damage from anorexia (common comorbidity). If HRT is as much of a Wild West as SRS, there could be a third confounding factor in the form of different doctors having very different treatments for the same condition.

It's the same reason evidence was low quality across the board; anything even close to a large, well controlled sample just does not exist in gender medicine so no amount of doing more studies, or running more statistical tests on the results we do have, will change the conclusion of 'no statistically significant change'.

Funny how it's known to cause that with normal use for precocious puberty and some kinds of cancer, but I suppose if you are using it for troon sorcery, its properties magically change and it becomes completely harmless.

A colleague of mine is attending an event that includes a talk regarding "Prophage Diversity in the Transfeminine Neovagina" in the coming weeks. I've already asked for her to take a few notes for me - I'm happy to share the horrors with the class. The title doesn't flag anything on google so I'm assuming this is as-yet unpublished research.

For reference, phages are viruses that infect bacteria and are generally a secondary part of any microbiome. A prophage is an integrated genetic element that likely originated from a phage. Essentially, it's a talk on amhole bacteria through the lens of viruses.

Also known as man-hole biohazard
If you've been desensitized to "transgender" "ideology" from endless flood of "identity politics", stepping back and looking at it can show how truly crazy "transgender" is.

That is how I see "transgenders": while it may be not all of them are scummy like "Chris Chan", "Keffals", or "Liz Fong-Jones", they are all delusional and mentally ill to a degree. Sorry, but a man who wears a dress, insists you call him "she/her", and maybe even gets surgery to mutilate his genitals is not exactly completely sane. Also, rather than treat "transgender" as delusion and mental illness, Clown World would rather encourage "transgender" and demonizes anyone who opposes such as a "transphobe" or "bigot".

I have heard back. Study apparently only referred to penile inversion, potentially the researcher couldn't stomach the horrors contained in the intestine-based butchery. They compared amholes, uncircumcised penises, and vaginas. To nobody's surprise, the amhole and uncircumcised penis were very similar.

The study stated they identified a few novel species of commensal bacteria, among genera that you'd typically expect to find around any mucosa/skin so that could truly just be a quirk of them looking.

She didn't really remember anything about the prophage part so can't give any info there. Also, the presentation had a huge cartoon trans flag within and the speaker spoke about tranny shit briefly which was apparently very out of place at an otherwise dry computational biology conference.

I'll set up a google alert for the study, the guy seems to have published a few similar things so I'd imagine this'll be printed too. Will share as and when.

Basically the microbiome presented confirms amholes are nothing like vaginas (if anyone was arguing they were in regards to flora). Shocker.

I guess they still have the sanity to realize that intestine-based neovagina is, in the end, intestine. So the result would obviously be similar to intestine.

Using that logic, the study in question probably wanted to know if inversing the penis would change the biome. Which I guess makes sense somehow as a basis for a study. The state of the academia nowadays, smh. They probably thought the trangender-related field is still novel, so it's worth a shot. "Who knows, people might cite it!" was was they probably thought.

Jesus christ, penile inversion is bad enough already. That "science" is fucking horror and mutilation dressed as surgery.

I was suddenly overcame by curiosity apropos of nothing and decided to look it up. Searching for "Prophage Diversity in the Transfeminine Neovagina" got me this. Googling "Jorge Rojas-Vargas" made me found a preprint. Seems to fit what you described, though there's no part about prophage or anything. Might be the one?

Yeah same guy. I wouldn't be surprised if the prophage element was an afterthought to a bacterial community study, as they'd likely be present in the dataset. Anecdotally, it is not uncommon for reviewers to ask you to at least attempt to categorise phages when they're present in data regardless of whether that was the original scope.

They can donate virulence genes to bacteria which can then be transmitted horizontally within a community so it makes sense to investigate it too.

I will caveat my mention of this research by reiterating that I didn't meet or talk to the guy, my colleague was the one present.

This kind of research while unpleasant and overall unnecessary (we wouldn't need to investigate the effects of inserting large holes into people if we weren't doing it to begin with) is interesting and as someone doing comparable but decidedly more sane work, I can't really fault someone for looking into it.

Still pretty fucking funny as most people were apparently discussing covid, mosquito-borne viruses, bird flu; then bam! troonshit.

Imagine coming up with this utterly bizarre phrase that just basically means stinkditches are so fucking disgusting and foul they've come up with their own unique miasma of disease and sickness.

Imagine if the next antibiotic-resistant superbacteria comes from a neovag and kills millions...
The thin pooners you see on social media are only half of their group; the rest are absolute cave trolls.
I know, I been to the pooner thread...
If their hearts don't get fucked by the T, the massive weight gain will do them in.

And bottoms have colorectal issues.
Many gays say they can smell bottoms, that's because of chronic anal leakage since their sphincters have been destroyed.

New preprint Study from the original Dutch Group of the University of Amsterdam of the "Dutch Protocol" led by Annelou de Vries

Sexual satisfaction and dysfunction in transgender adults following puberty suppression treatment during adolescence

Paper atttached below. Have to do some digging on the details. What immediately stands out is the small cohort and large loss-to-FU, but more strikingly that mostly the boys/men dropped out.

Could it perhaps have something to do with the fact, that their dicks are not working and as they are still men, that has negative consequences for your sex life / mental health / relationships? To quote Marc "Marci" Bowers, the Surgeon and previous President of WPATH on the impact of early blocking of puberty on sexual function in adulthood:

“To date,” she writes, “I’m unaware of an individual claiming ability to orgasm when they were blocked at Tanner 2.” Tanner stage 2 is the beginning of puberty. It can be as young as nine in girls.
With a clarification from Him on his website:
"My comments were limited to transfeminine persons, not transmasculine, a point not made."
So pretty much what happened to Jazz. Wonder how other poor victims like Kim Petras are doing.

The major problem with this delusion is the "report" relies on the US Trans Survery which purposefly excludes detransitioners.

A survery of "trans" people necessarly excludes people who are not trans anymore.

Thus, the "report" does not provide us with any meaningful information about detransitioners or their motivations.

"The largest-ever survey of trans Americans reaffirms what the trans community has been saying for ages: trans people who go back to living as their sex assigned at birth do so because of transphobia, not because of doubts about gender or transition.

Approximately 92,329 binary and nonbinary trans Americans aged 16 and older — including 84,170 adults — participated in the 2022 U.S. Trans Survey (USTS), which was spearheaded by the trans rights organization Advocates for Trans Equality (A4TE). Researchers then used survey findings to compile a trans health report titled “Health and Wellbeing: Findings from the 2022 US Trans Survey.”

Huh. So the experts really were right all along.

I used to think that the word "faggot" was used as a slur against gay people because it's a bundle of sticks, because they're obsessed with dicks.

But the thing about literal faggots, bundles of wood, is that they're heavy and a pain to carry around. So therein is a double meaning: faggots are usually intolerable and unpleasant to be around, sane people would just rather not deal with them, even if they don't say it out loud.

Individually, we are like sticks, weak and easily broken, but together, we form a mighty faggot!
