Adam's is a strange lolbertarian mix of some conservative views mostly slammed together with that Pacific Northwest Hippy Liberal Lunacy. So among other things he's been a bit of a Germaphobe Loopy Luberal Tier Health Nut.

I tried one of his Dilberitos once. It was actually impressive how much worse it was than your standard shady gas station convenience store microwave burrito.

Scott Adams always had a creepy amoral narcissistic psychopath vibe to him that I found a bit unsettling. If he said he paid a hitman to kill off one of his next door neighbors because he hated their barking dog or killed a hooker and buried the body in his crawlspace, I'd consider that it could be true. He always had a flat deadpan emotionless affect to him. He calls himself a hypnotist, but really all he's done is become an astute observer of human behavior because he has to mimic acting like a normal human like many high functioning psychopaths.

Committing suicide instead of opting for hospice would be totally be within his character. Maybe he'll even livestream it for a dramatic flourish.
