Honestly I'm more upset that I'm seeing more Team Fortress jokes than I am To Kill A Mockingbird, but I guess that's because I'm an old fart.

How the fuck is that twisted logic? It's literally just a statement of obvious fact. If you come at a cop with a knife, you WILL get fucking shot. Pretty much every goddamn time.

I guess I can't expect sanity from people who think a uterus is just a social construct and that men can give birth and that women have penises.

Not sure if this is off topic but there is an old video on edged weapons that was often shown to police officers as part of their training. It shows how dangerous a knife can be against someone wielding a gun and why cops do not want to get close to someone with a knife unless there are a lot of cops.

Its a mixture of dramatized, real incidents, real photos.

This person does not deserve the praise and morning that he's getting. Idk just pisses me off how so many people are enabling this kind of behavior. Like why the fuck is there no personal accountability here. The dude charged at the police with a knife. What the fuck do you think is gonna happen?

You can argue that he got it in the end. At least the only acceptably effective cure to his ailment.
 
This case sort of reminds me of the Trayvon Martin case. Both were shot once directly in the heart. And both caused some outrage and protesting. Someone burned a cop car over this and protesting.

The first cop, the one we see in the video, was actually trying to end it peacefully but the other cop had a itchy trigger finger ready to shoot as soon as possible without even trying anything else first, no pepper spray no taser nothing. Hopefully they investigate this one a little more closely. The public is going to be wanting awnsers since it was a transexual female killed, some people think it was sexual discrimination playing a role.

As I've already pointed out, tasers aren't reliable enough to be effective for self defense, and, since you brought it up, neither is pepper spray. And a situation where a person armed with a knife is advancing on another person is about the very definition of "self defense". In such a situation, taser and pepper spray would be foolish options if the officer even had them available in the first place.

Second, if you think the cops knew, or cared, that it was troon that was begging them to put they out of its misery, then you're seriously drinking the sjw Kool Aid with your "sexual discrimination" nonsense.

Watch the video of the shooting, and then you tell me what the Hell indicator of "gender special" the cops were supposed to be seeing in a long-haired guy wearing blue jeans and T-shirt.

Because this is Social Justice. Social Justice insists that people are entirely products of their environments and therefore not responsible for their actions if they have been "oppressed" at any time. That's why they're obsessed with "oppression", and keep expanding its definition: to excuse anything they or their pets do.
